I have a sensitive stomach so taking a multivitamin usually upsets my stomach. I can take the liquid morning multivitamin in the morning on an empty stomach and it does not bother me. I've also noticed I have more energy and less brain fog, love this product!

I heard these vitamins were high quality and the rumors were right! This is by far the best nutritional supplement I have ever taken. I feel so much stronger and more vital since I started taking these vitamins, and I noticed the difference right away. It’s also a wonderful start to my morning after my lemon water and celery juice! I’m not a fan of this flavor and this formula seems thicker and I just don’t like it. My little one still seems to think this one tastes fine though.. I like fruit punch so far, trying strawberry next, but also prefer the white bottle formula Better too.

I love the liquid vitamins. I have a sensitive stomach and most vitamins make me sick. This surprisingly doesn’t! I can even take it first thing in the morning with no issues!! I have my whole family (6 of us) on all the vitamins and many minerals and other supplements from MaryRuth. We love them all and am very very happy!!

We appreciate the care taken by smaller businesses and it is no different with Mary Ruth's Morning Liquid Multivitamins. We love the fact that she follows the law and does not put Folic Acid within her vitamins but instead does use Folate. Thank you!!!

My daughter and I have seen a lot of health improvements using Mary Ruth's vitamins. We noticed immediate improvement in our energy levels as well as overall feeling as a consistent level throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Mary Ruth vitamins.

Of course I like the purpose of this and I like that I’m not taking a bunch of pills. The taste gets repugnant after a while so I wish these bottle came in smaller sizes so I can quickly buy a different flavor. Biggest issue is it gives me loose stools, so after just two days of drinking this I’m super gassy and having loose stools every time I use the bathroom. But my energy is good

I am now on my 6th bottle of Mary Ruth's multivitamins! I have digestive issues and I've always taken capsule form vitamins with little to no success. But once I tried Mary Rose liquid multivitamin I can feel the effects from day one! The effects have just gotten better with time. My only concern is there's been times where the color and consistency of my raspberry MR has been different. Sometimes it's dark in color and thick in consistency, and other times it's lighter in color and more of a watery consistency 🤔 but other than that I am a very happy customer and a forever customer! I also always recommend Mary Ruth's to family and friends ❤️

I love pretty much everything I’ve ordered except this. The taste is strange to me. My first thought is “too sweet” but not sure that’s the worst part or not. Taste does not sit well with me and gives me an upset stomach. Cannot drink this.

We've been using these vitamins for several months now, they are tasty and beneficial. We believe liquid vitamins and mineral supplements are more easily assimilated by the body and therefore better than pills, tablets or capsules. The fact that they taste great is an additional plus since many liquid vitamins do not! Thanks for a great product!
