Best vitamin I have ever used. My nails grow so fast and are the strongest they have ever been. I usually have thin peeling nails.

My four year old son and I have been using this product for about 2 months. First he likes the flavor that is a big plus for me! But something that win be over is the fact that I have been struggling with dry and sensitive patches on my face for years now, and it has change to better drastically. Thank you sooooo much for such a great product. Can wait to try other products!

My husband found this product and said I should try it. I have Celiac and have a hard time keeping up with nutrients, so I grabbed this vitamin and let me tell you, my energy is so much better. My hair is growing like crazy and my skin is brighter. I have known for a while I needed something to change in my supplements because I wasn't seeing a difference in how I was feeling, this was it. The taste is great, and I feel like it is really easy for my body to absorb.

I have been inconsistent with taking a standard multivitamin over the years. This product is easy to take and tolerated well by me, so I have been much more consistent with taking it. I feel like my overall energy level has improved. I haven't finished my first bottle but I have already ordered my second.

This was my first time purchasing from MaryRuths and trying a liquid vitamin. So far we like it! The taste has a faint sweetness but not over bearing. All my children (ages 2-6) like it, aa well as my husband. I like how everyone in our family can take it.

I am finishing up my first tall bottle. It is a good tasting orange flavored multi that I take a shot of from the fridge every morning. I got it hoping it would stop and reverse the greying hair. I don’t see any reversing or stopping yet. I have another tall bottle to be opened so🤞As far as energy and regularity with bowel movements I don’t see much either in those areas unless I combine with consciously not walking too much bc I have damaged feet from working for years on them,and eat a lot of veggies to force me to go to the bathroom anyway. My energy isn’t that noticeably changed either I’m still not a morning person. I’m in my early 40s(44)so I’m hoping to feel different and stop greying. Hoping this works but unsure if maybe I should go to the 40 plus instead? Help if you know.

It’s been great so far since taking this vitamins before eating anything in the morning, I’m not sure but I felt full every time I had it and I only eat tiny bit of breakfast but still I felt good and full of energy 😊, it’s very easy to use and made of organic ingredients which is a plus.

I have no idea if this works, yet. I need to see how I feel in a month or so. I do love that it is vegan. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 But I have to take it like a shot because it’s so intense. It’s like tang/sunny D/raspberry flavor. It’s synthetically sweet, fake fruit. I’m very adverse to overly sweet flavors, so it’s not my cup of tea. It’s also a bright orange color. Again, a little off putting. I thought this could be a better replacement to all the b12, vitamin D Sub-linguals I’ve tried. But I cringe at the thought of the flavor. It’s going to be a slog. I bought two large bottles. I wish they had a sample size of everything to see which ones you can tolerate. If you like fruit- syrupy flavor, you might like this. I like the company, I might try some of their other products. This I s one was just too intense for me.

We have tried a variety of different vitamins over the years, and these far exceed the quality and value of them all. We do the liquid morning vitamins and even my 6 year old who hated his gummy vitamins, loves this product and reminds me to give them to him! They also give a noticeable, natural energy boost!
