This is my third liquid vitamin I’ve tried and it’s definitely the best (both in ingredients and taste.) I love that there’s no sugar and it’s gluten free. I have GERD, and other liquid vitamins have triggered my reflux, but that has not been the case with this product. I combined this with Mary Ruth’s liquid zinc and have noticed an improvement in my energy levels. I will be buying both again.

I saw an ad for Mary Ruths on tik Tok for the multi vitamin and mainly decided to try it because my hair was thinning and this was advertised as helping a lot of women with that, I am 43 , I have taken this product for 2 months now and I have seen a huge improvement along with the hair gummies its like night and day, I have gotten several compliments and recommended it to friends of mine and will keep doing so moving forward. highly recommend!

I had my trachea damaged by a doctor 20 years ago so try to take liquid vitamins as much as possible. They also have the advantage of entering the blood stream much faster than pills. I like this vitamin. Nothing earth shattering compared to other vitamins but I will buy again. Compared to other liquids I do believe this is slightly better. Overall, I am going to try several of Mary Ruth's Organics.

I bought this on a recommendation to help with shedding hair but it’s done so much more! The energy I’ve gotten since taking this supplement has been amazing!! I take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and it doesn’t bother me- I have a crazy sensitive stomach. The taste isn’t great but it’s not horrible. I got the fruit punch.

My two favorite things about this multi is that it is liquid and includes bcaas; however, it is a bit too sweet for me so I am not sure I will continue to order it regularly but would order it again given it's liquid and I take so many capsules. I know that it is 0 sugar which is good but I would prefer less sweet.

I have been taking this liquid multi-vitamin since the start of the new year 2023 and it's been almost 4 months! I have yet to get sick (knock on wood) and I feel more energized in my morning routine. This has become a staple and I look forward to having it every morning.

I first tried the Fruit Punch and did not like the taste.They sent me Raspberry right away and I loved it.I feel better taking it.I also love the Lemonade liquid nighttime multi mineral.I do sleep better but wish I stayed asleep longer.I would recommend to try these products.

This liquid multivitamin is the only one my family buys. We love that it contains only the best ingredients, is great tasting and easy to take. You can literally feel it working within minutes of taking it. Will certainly buy again and would definitely recommend.

I have a hard time taking pills and the multivitamin pill that I have taken in the past was a HORSE PILL!!! Finding this liquid Multivitamin has been such a life saver for me!! The taste is wonderful and I just add all of my other liquid vitamins to it (Iron, Zinc and Allergy Drops). It's so nice to take everything all at once now!! Wonderful product and just the quality I was looking for, for my family. I found that I personally cannot take this product but I love the versatility. Take it as is or add to another drink. It can be customized by adding probiotics, additional supplements, etc.
