Taking it for 1 month now, everday. Zero affect, however, I actually like the taste.

Doesn’t taste the best. Wish I had gotten gummies. I do like that it’s a natural product.

So far my husband and I really like this multivitamin. I personally have had more energy overall throughout the day. Haven’t taken it long enough to notice any other benefits. It is quite thick(I chug it with water)and doesn’t have the best taste in the world (tastes like a multi with a hint of raspberry to me) but for someone who can’t take big pills this is a nice alternative. Happy to give myself some of the micronutrients I’m missing in an easy to ingest form!

I love this multivitamin! Easy and taste is pretty good / easy to get used to! I’ve been taking every morning for the last 2 months.

I really wanted to like this, but can't get past the yukky taste. No calcium either. Missing a lot of important nutrients. Will return.
