Tastes terrible. I honestly would prefer to swallow my vitamins. It was disappointing at how poorly this tasted. I had high hopes for this product.

I just started my Mary Ruth's morning vitamins a little over a week ago and wow. What a difference. I'm not very big on the texture (I'm sensitive to textures as it is.) But they taste good and it mixes very well with fluids and smoothies. I have noticed a difference in my body. I have more energy, and just over all my body is feeling better. It's super gentle on my stomach. I really enjoy this product and I can't wait for my other products to arrive in the mail. I will definitely be a long time customer.

Just started taking the liquid vitamins and I like them very much. We Take the raspberry daily and the coconut evening. My daughter doesn’t like to swallow pills, so it’s great to have this option. The taste is great. Enjoy them so far. Can’t imagine any reason why I won’t continue to use these vitamins. Happy to find them and feel confident that I’m buying a good product. Very happy to find liquid multis. Looking forward to perusing the website for other products in the future.

I love having the option to take a liquid vitamin, both in the morning and evening. Much more pleasant not having to swallow so many pills… And feel The liquid absorbs and breakdowns in the body more efficiently than most pill forms....I’m very pleased MaryRuth Organics offers these.

I have always had a problem keeping down food (let alone vitamin capsules) especially in the morning, but the liquid multivitamin has been a life saver! Since I have trouble keeping things down, a good multivitamin is so important so I take the raspberry MaryRuth’s Organics Liquid Multivitamin in a shot glass with a few droppers of the MaryRuth’s Organics Adrenal/Focus Herbal Blend followed by a glass of water and it makes me feel great (with no urge to expel!). I recommend this to anyone but especially those who struggle with acid reflux/vomiting! It will give you the start you need for a ‘successful eating day’!

I'm not sure this is the same formula I purchased the first time, I don't feel the same energy as I did with the first bottle and have been taking it consistently since finishing the old bottle. I'll give it more time, but it shouldn't be a difference

I’m absolutely loving our new vitamins by Mary Ruth. I really like that my 2yo daughter and I can both take different dosing of the very same vitamins. That makes it super convenient for us. I also like that my daughter enjoys the taste enough to take them happily.

This product is amazing! Every time I take vitamins, whether liquid or pill, I always end up with headaches. When I first started this one, I did get headaches but it didn’t last long. The taste is amazing, and I’m not a raspberry fan, the texture is wonderful, so smooth, and all I have to do is take it right when I wake up. So easy!

Love my MaryRuths I’ve been taking Mary Ruth for 2 years, I am also almost 50 years old. This vitamin and my pumpkin seed oil capsules supplement I take keep my eyebrows a little fuller and nails grow so fast and strong. My hair is healthy also. I can’t say this vitamin alone grows my hair but my hair is definitely healthier since starting it. This vitamin also helps my immune system and I take extra vitamin C in the winter. I also have to take extra vitamin D due to not enough in this Mary Ruth’s . I just need something to help with hot flashes lol
