I feel so much better since taking these liquid vitamins! I have been taking tablet vitamins for years & never really felt the effects of what I thought was better nutrition! I have been taking the daytime liquid multivitamin for the past four months and I have noticed it has helped me. I have an IBD and have difficulty with eating a healthy balanced diet due to GI symptoms. It’s easy to digest and has not caused any issues for me. I have to take it 30 minutes after my first meal when I am not full. I add it to a very small glass with a little water for better consistency. I keep it in the fridge while I’m eating breakfast. And then slowly sip it. Very happy with the product and grateful I finally started it in the new year. Looking forward to trying the liquid B complex that is to be offered soon since the day time multivitamin has not enough of the B vitamins like thiamine and riboflavin for my needs.

I have trouble swallowing large pills and vitamins. I already take 7 pills in the morning so when I added the liquid multi-vitamin to my routine it was so easy. I felt more energy daily and I never forget it. It tastes good and is so good for me. I don’t eat a lot and I love this balancing out what I might be missing for my vitamins.

I am still breastfeeding my 18 month old, so I wanted a multivitamin so I wouldn’t get so depleted. I do love the liquid format; I’m much more inclined to take it each morning. I have to imagine reviewers raving about how “delicious” it is are being compensated in some way. I also don’t think it’s intolerable like some reviewers mentioned, but the taste is similar to cough syrup for kids: not horrible but definitely not delicious. I’m not sure if I am noticing increased energy that I can specifically attribute to this multi, but I may try something else to see if I notice a difference and come back to it if so.

I didn't realize I needed to refrigerate after opening, and so I fear after leaving it out for 3 days that much of this has gone bad. I meticulously read other vitamin information on the label to make sure that I wasn't overlapping with other supplements but missed the artfully designed small and subtle "refrigerate after opening" warning. I wish this had said something on the external box it came in. I can't really test this in earnest. I had stomach upset on day 3 and don't know if that is why... :[

I was introduced to this liquid vitamin by my trainer and friend and I loved it! The taste is actually pretty good, in fact, its a bit too sweet but I'd rather have that then to have the taste be like vitamins. I've ordered 2 of these already and have seen a difference in my energy levels and how I feel overall. My skin is glowing and hair looks healthy. I've told a few other friends about this and they have ordered as well. Keep on making these amazing products because those of us who cannot in my form or fashion, swallow those horse pills, are so grateful for liquid and gummy options!

I am 40 and was dragging all the time and so exhausted.  I was skeptical of buying a liquid vitamin since I thought the taste would be gross but I was wrong. My bloodwork was not so good and they told me I had vitamin deficiency in almost everything.  I took a chance and bought the Triad of health (Raspberry and Cranberry Dreams).  After a few days I felt a change in my energy and just felt all around better. Went back for blood work after 30 days of taking them and I was no longer in the red and had all normal levels. If you are thinking about buying this product, Just buy it. You will love it and have more energy. 

I love having a "start" and "finish" to my day doing something that is great for me! Each morning I take the multi-vitamin and at night the multi-mineral. The taste is great and my sleep has improved (without the help of nighttime aids) which was one of my primary goals.

I ordered the liquid night time in the hopes that it would help me sleep better, it didn't. but I also ordered the liquid daytime, and was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't taste great. In fact it tastes like slightly less nasty b vitamins BUT, it gave me energy all day long. I will definitely be ordering it again.
