With mostly good reviews, my husband and I thought we would save some money and get a decent mattress from Sam's vs overpriced ones elsewhere. Man, were we wrong! When we first tried it out we thought "this is nice". It was softer than the medium-firm description. But the more you lay there, the deeper you sink. You get sweaty it's so hot. And uncomfortable. We had a crick in our neck the first few nights we slept in it (notice "in" it, not on it, because you are in this thing!"). You sink so low as your head stays on your pillow that your neck is in a very awkward position. We added a topper that helped some, but the mattress still sinks and sucks out topper in with it. It stinks right in the middle. We both wind up in the middle in this hole every morning. It's like a nest. A nest made by some gigantic bird that thinks we are its babies. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read, you can forget it with this one. Your bottom sinks in as you sit there and your little legs hang on to the top to keep you from getting completely devoured by the mattress. Reminds me of an old episode of "The Twilight Zone" or "Tales From the Crypt", I can't remember which one, but the bed was eating people. I really do not want to go through the hassle of trying to return this bed, especially because there is no way to get it back in the box. I don't live near by my Sam's Club either. On top of this mattress ordeal, they charged me twice for another item and can't take care of giving me a simple refund over the phone. They want me to drive sixty-six miles round trip to do that. I am very disappointed in customer service right now.

The 12” queen is heavy. Purchased at my local club. Gave it an honest 36 hours of “breathing” to reach full size/shape. The carton reads “medium firm.” The model number on the box does not match anything on the Sam’s Club website. The emailed store receipt says “medium?” Can not reconcile this issue. There are ripples/ridges forming in the quilted top covering which suggests either the zipped cover or the mattress may be sized incorrectly. I’m determining if this is becoming an issue and what’s an acceptable remedy.

I bought this mattress about a month ago, and it doesn’t show up in my order history so I can’t return it. Hmm weird. Secondly, this is advertised as medium firm, if you go to any mattress store and feel what a medium firm mattress is, this is NOT it. This is the plushiest mattress I’ve ever owned. If you’re looking for any level of firmness, buyer beware! Would return but the order is mysteriously missing from my account.

Very comfortable

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

We had this mattress less than 2 months and the foam warped and bulged and is sticking up inside the mattress. We are disappointed not only because we spent over $400 and the mattress lasted less than 2 months, but it would be entirely too difficult to return as it comes vacuum-packed in a bag/box and is quite heavy. Attaching pictures, although I'm not sure if you'll be able to see the warping. Buyer beware--this is a cheap item.

This is the second foam style mattress that we have purchased. We have the King Serta 12" Sleep-To-Go mattress in our master bedroom, which we really like and have had for over two years (also purchased at Sam's). We wanted to save money on a mattress (queen) for a spare bedroom, so we went with the Members Mark brand this time. It was pulled out of the package yesterday early afternoon, but after about 8 hours of expanding, it still appeared very lumpy. The edges are not expanding much and the mattress appears to be closer to 8-9", not 12" as advertised. I opted to sleep on the new mattress last night to test it out. This morning when I woke up, I felt I was sunken half-way into the mattress. I'm 6' and 215lbs. I've never had any issues with other mattresses in the past. The mattress is VERY soft, nowhere as firm or supportive as our Serta. I will give the mattress another 24 hours before returning it or contacting customer service to get any issues resolved.

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

Mattress is decent and firm enough for my back. Was sleeping on an top of the line air mattress previously and it popped. Decided to get this mattress after looking at many others. 7 months pregnant and very supportive. It came right on time. Works for me.

The mattress is comfortable. I’m giving a rating of two stars because it wreaks of chemicals. It still smells just like it did the day it came out of the box and it’s been two months. The information pamphlet says it should stop smelling a few days after we unbox it. We have to air out the room daily.
