[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a little over a year. It broke the control board so you couldn’t use the oven in less than 6 months. Went through the hassle of weeks waiting on an answer for warranty to be told to take it back to the store and they’d give me another one. Called the store to be told they didn’t have one in stock it would be 2-3 weeks. Local appliance guy installed a new control board for $150 and thought I was good. Little less than a year later it broke again, same thing control board just fried. I’ve had good luck with other Samsung products but this has been one of the worst

Coming from an older range that took a long time to heat the stovetop or oven, I wasn’t expecting a dramatic improvement. However, I was pleasantly surprised. While not breathtakingly fast, I’m no loner annoyed with the time required to preheat a pan for cooking eggs. I set the temperature I want, wait a few minutes, and carry on with cooking breakfast. While cooking on the stove, the cooking temperature is noticeably more even than our older stove. Our pans don’t have hotspots and we’re able to boil water or cook our food noticeably faster. Frozen pizzas cook evenly in the oven instead of having a burned side and an undercooked side. I appreciate the small touches that help improve the cooking experience with this range. First, the oven light turns on automatically when opening the door. Second, I can type in a temperature on the number pad rather than having to press the arrow keys up or down many times. Third, when the timer expires, it plays a pleasant, melodic tune that is loud enough to be heard but not irritating. My complaints with this range are few and nitpicky. First, the numbers on the stove dials are difficult to read because they're small and don’t have enough contrast. In order to read them, I must stoop down. Second, the buttons must be pushed much harder than necessary or expected. Finally, I wish the smart home features included integration with more platforms so that I could preheat the oven with a voice command.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our Samsung gas range! The generous size and easy to program functions are a perfect fit for our family. The large front burner took some getting used to as even on low it is POWERFUL, but we've gotten the hang of it now. I like being able to control it through my app if necessary. The only feature I'd like to change if I could would be the sound it makes when preheating is complete--not a fan of that tone!

I especially like the oven capacity because I have a large family. The only downfall is the cooktop surface is not scratch proof.

It cooks very fast and no burning up food. It is easy to clean and looks great in our kitchen. Our kitchen even looks different because we have a Samsung refrigerator and now we a Samsung range oven. Happy 😊!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this stove. I previously had a stainless-steel range, but this has a much sleeker design. It looks great in my kitchen. Meals I cooked in the oven, such as chicken dishes & vegetables turned out delicious. They were cooked evenly, and this was a great improvement from my previous range. The stove top cleaned up nicely after using it to cook pasta and sauce. Connecting via an app to the range is an interesting twist on cooking, but its not something I will most likely use.

I am more than happy with the speed of the oven preheating time, the rapid boil burners and most of all the ability to remotely start the oven by using the Smart Things App. We have absolutely no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my best purchase yet! The features are great. It heats up quickly. I did find it somewhat strange that you could connect through Bluetooth to your other devices, it is helpful for someone that is busy and needs to multitask.

I decided to buy the freestanding range because I wanted to see if it was worth the money I paid for and Im happy to say that it is just perfect!! thank you SAMSUNG!!

I have had only white appliances and was hesitant to finally buy a stainless finish because of the issue of messy fingerprints. I was happily surprised that this Samsung range seems to resist fingerprints and is really quite easy to keep clean. I love the rapid boil feature.
