I have always purchased MM briefs for my 106 yr old mother. When I saw the changed box and additional sizes, I followed the sizing chart and she fit into the "Small " category. I purchased 2 boxes. I was totally disappointed to find that they were too small for her frail frame and ripped as I tried to put them on. The quality is terrible and the absorbency is not what it used to be. I will be returning the unused product and buying at BJ's in the future.

I have been using these XL for about 5 years or more. At first I thought they worked excellent, but as time went on they started leaking down both the insides of my legs. I kept wearing them even though they barely fit me.. I went from 280 lbd to 362 lbs over time and decided to try XXL. They worked much better but were kinda big (Stretchy) Since then I have lost 60 lbs 305 now, and while they fit good, still leak down insides of legs. MY ASSESSMENT AFTER YEARS: When you gain a bunch of weight, it makes it very hard for them to fit in all areas of your body. I do believe as I lose the next 60 lbs ( on mounjaro for diabetes) they will work perfectly as they once did before all the weight gain. At one point I was 240 lbs and they fit right between my legs and did not leak!! ALL THE WEIGHT GAIN, CANT BLAME THE PRODUCT!!! :O)

Glad I decided to buy these. Great value. More for the price than most. Good fit. No leaks. These are probably the best overall I have tried. When I get out of bed, all the liquid is inside the brief. Bed is dry. The one change I would make is to make them longer in the back. I am tall . I recommend that you try these.

Prior to the new sizing my mother wore size S/M. Now size M is too small, but according to the sizing guide size L would be much too large for her. Also, the padding is much thinner, causing her to have to use twice as many as before. Please bring back the old product; it was perfect.

What the heck have you done, this is a big big mistake. they are pads in paper pants!!!!! Please go back to the other ones, these new ones are not for bladder and bowel issues. never once did I come home from being out to wet pants (and not the paper ones). this new design a horrible ideal they are not for incontinence they are for menstrual cycles I mean really just look at the PAD, (YES ITS A PAD) as now I always have wet pants not just the diaper but my pants are soaked before I can get to use a restroom. IT'S A PAD NOT ADULT DIAPERS CALL IT WHAT IT IS!!!!!!! no since in contacting customer service they never ever do anything anywhere. the public is who hears what your saying and the public DO NOT LIKE THESE TYPE OF PADS FOR INCONTANCE, THESE ARE MORE FOR A LITTLE LEAK, A DRIP, NOT A FULL BLOWN BLADDER ISSUE. WE DID DIAPERS NOT PADS!!!! VERY UNHAPPY LIKE A LOT OF US ARE AND WILL BE LOOKING ELSE WHERE AFTER 5 YEARS AND A GREAT PRODUCT NOW GONE. BRING THEM BACK AND ILL BE BACK. IM MAD!!!!!!!!!!

Sam's evidently has a new supplier for these. My mother always wore the size Large-she really isn't that big of a person- the new underwear is cut much smaller and has much less padding. I guess we will have to find another brand. Notice in the photo the pink one on the right is the new size Large. The beige one on the right was the original size Large. The old style was much thicker also.

Have been buying Members Mark Underwear for my mom for a number of years. Was very happy with product. Did it’s job of keeping her dry. Just bought my first package of the new Members Mark Underwear. They are worthless!!! She is completely wet within a hour. Very poor fit. Will not be buying these again.

Same quality, cost less

I have been buying Member's Mark Underwear for my Mother for awhile now. She said they were the best of all she's ever used, comfortable, perfect fit and held in liquid. These were recently changed and supposedly only the packaging and sizes were going to change, but they are NOT the same. It is a completely different material (kind of fuzzy) that rips easily and the new sizing allows for easy leakage. I'm very disappointed as Member's Mark had been a guaranteed solution for her and I upgraded my membership to get free monthly shipping of them. Now I have to start looking for another brand.

Please do not fall for the promotional reviews. They changed these undies recently and now they fit like a thong. They used to be perfect, not sure why they redid these and put no fabric on the behind. They honestly look just like wearing thong underwear. Please change back
