Member's mark total protection underwear xl. Why would you change a product that worked? From My perspective it was a product that you had difficulty keeping in stock. So obviously it was a good selling product. The new members mark xl disposable underwear are now too small and is not absorbent at all. Cheaply and poorly redesigned. It is a real shame when something that worked was changed to save money producing. I am sure it will be a major money loss for Sam's club in the long term. I will gladly pay more money for the assurance of a total protection underwear. Tena will be my go to for Positive Total Protection Disposable Underwear.

This is a little more resistance underwear diaper for adults than the normal diapers of the same brand they sell it's hold two or three urine than the normal diapers of the same brand when buying it make sure is the right size for the adult you're buying

These used to really good and economical. But now they are a waste of valuable room in my bathroom cabinet. For some unknown reason(s) somebody changed: * the softness of the material * the cut/configuration of the entire brief * the butt cuppage * the stretchability * the positioning and capacity of the pad * the comfortability. And, as a result I am now sitting on my sofa in a brief that is: * crawling up my butt (talk about being uncomfortable!) * wet with sweat * wet with peepee * is costing me more because each brief lasts a shorter length of time and requires more changes per day.They

Same quality, cost less

It’s hard to come up with a positive thing to say about the women’s adult underwear. We had purchased the previous unisex version of this product for years. Years. It was great, maybe a little bulky, but it absorbed and fit. Basically it did its job and then went in the trash. Fast forward to Sam’s upgraded model “Women’s Total Protection.” These don’t absorb, they seem thinner, they are much smaller, and they cut in to my stomach. They are not sized appropriately. I’m left searching for another product that works. Sam’s previous product, the unisex model, was often out of stock. It was very popular. I’m not sure who decided it needed an upgrade. Next time, stick with what works. Wish I’d thought to read the reviews before purchasing. These will be going back first chance I have.

Some older children are still not quite able to stay dry all night, so these in a size "S" are a great alternative for those that have outgrown regular pull-ups. They're much less expensive and they have a greater absorbency. The kids sleep more confidently, and they're okay to wear twice if they do stay dry. They are pretty durable (they don't tear easily) and they have plenty of elastic. In fact, kids with a shorter torso may need to fold the top down. The only drawback for this use seems to be that the leg openings are much too big, but the kids just pull them up a bit higher. I would venture to say that these would be a good option for adults, also.

I bought these in June thinking that bulk would do better than an online brand. For me, the need is due to the side effects of surgery. These are not highly absorbent or total protection. Unfortunately, as soon as I realize that I have to go and I begin to move, my bladder releases. What I noticed is that when I can't move fast enough, and I'm still on my back in bed, urine leaks through. My bed pads have saved me a few times, but not often. Also, once I'm standing, if I don't make it to the bathroom, I noticed that urine leaks down my legs. These haven't been the most pleasant experience, but at least I know. I get the concept of being discreet, but the padding isn't as thick as I need it to be to keep me accident free. Moreover, because of the slimmer design, I can't keep them on when I have a slight accident. I'm already more than half through the pack, so I'll likely have to go back to the other brand. I'd recommend this product for light accidents, but not overnight or for someone who has a difficult time getting to the restroom without the possibility of leaking.

These pads are horrible, they leak. I had a very embarrasing accident wearing this product. This has never happened before with the previous brand sold at Sams. They were bigger, thicker and much more absorbent. I will not be purchasing this product again.

Having purchased Member's Mark Disposable Underwear for several years for an older female family member, the old product was thick, absorbent, fit correctly, and "did the job". While the new product may look more like Women's underwear, looks are deceiving. The new product does not fit the same (way too small), are neither thick nor absorbent, and DO NOT "do the job". The "upgrades" are not upgrades: they're simply a manufacturer's way of attempting to save money in production. Sam's Club members deserve better, so please return to the previous product because, from other reviews, the new ones are clearly unsatisfactory.

I bought these at the beginning of a long bout with pneumonia. I've used light absorbency pads for a long time, but with deep unrelenting coughing I felt like I just couldn't control myself. These have been such a lifesaver. I hope I don't have to repurchase after the pneumonia has cleared up, but I'm so thankful for them during these coughing fits!
