inferior product

These pads are horrible, they leak. I had a very embarrasing accident wearing this product. This has never happened before with the previous brand sold at Sams. They were bigger, thicker and much more absorbent. I will not be purchasing this product again.

They are PADS in paper PANTS!!!!!

What the heck have you done, this is a big big mistake. they are pads in paper pants!!!!! Please go back to the other ones, these new ones are not for bladder and bowel issues. never once did I come home from being out to wet pants (and not the paper ones). this new design a horrible ideal they are not for incontinence they are for menstrual cycles I mean really just look at the PAD, (YES ITS A PAD) as now I always have wet pants not just the diaper but my pants are soaked before I can get to use a restroom. IT'S A PAD NOT ADULT DIAPERS CALL IT WHAT IT IS!!!!!!! no since in contacting customer service they never ever do anything anywhere. the public is who hears what your saying and the public DO NOT LIKE THESE TYPE OF PADS FOR INCONTANCE, THESE ARE MORE FOR A LITTLE LEAK, A DRIP, NOT A FULL BLOWN BLADDER ISSUE. WE DID DIAPERS NOT PADS!!!! VERY UNHAPPY LIKE A LOT OF US ARE AND WILL BE LOOKING ELSE WHERE AFTER 5 YEARS AND A GREAT PRODUCT NOW GONE. BRING THEM BACK AND ILL BE BACK. IM MAD!!!!!!!!!!

significantly less absorbent

The new members mark product is drastically less absorbent and get pad is also very much smaller. I’ve been buying the original members mark adult diapers for years and they’ve been great! Now, SAMS has definitely sacrificed quality to save money! Shame on y’all! Thanks

Worthless

Have been buying Members Mark Underwear for my mom for a number of years. Was very happy with product. Did it’s job of keeping her dry. Just bought my first package of the new Members Mark Underwear. They are worthless!!! She is completely wet within a hour. Very poor fit. Will not be buying these again.

Too THIN,POOR QUALITY

I purchased these at SAM'S because they didn't have Membersmark Unisex Size XL,which I wanted! BIG MISTAKE!!! These are So THIN, Poor Quality and NOT worth the MONEY. NOW I will Have to Order from some Company online, rather than run up the street one block to SAM'S.I am so Disappointed! WCager

Just increase the price

I am really disappointed in the change of this product. These diapers are poorly made and have poor absorption compared to the ones we have I been buying for years. Have you no mercy on caregivers? The leaking, the frequent changes and more importantly the skin integrity of the patient. Just increase the price instead of making an inferior product.

one star is to much

Poor fit, the Large actually is 6 " smaller than the old one. The extra large is bigger/ I am so disappointed.. Why did you have to change a product that worked and fit so well. I am at a loss to know what to do because I relied on these to be available.

How does this receive a 4 star review

I bought a package of the Members Mark Underwear for Women today in the local Sam's. After reading the reviews I wondered how they were given a 4 star review when every review I read was negative. I did not like these nearly as much as what I have been buying. They don't work nearly as well so when this package is used up, will go back to the product I have been buying. Very disappointing! Members Mark products have always been very good but the mark was missed on this product. I'm not calling customer service -- they don't care so will be a customer who falls between the cracks. You should listen to your customers who use these products and take responsibility for admitting you made a mistake and new and "improved" isn't always the best.

members mark women's protective underwear

I am very dissatisfied with the new product. The large is NOT a true "large" size. It seems like it should be labeled as a "medium" with the way it fits. The absorbency is terrible as they do not absorb so well as the older version and requires more changes, which is most likely why this change to the original version was made. Use more, buy ore. I am very dissatisfied with your new product.

Design changes are just as bad as everyone says.

Just as all the other reviews state, I've been purchasing Member's Mark underwear for my Mom for some time without any problems. Almost immediately after starting this new box, we've had issues with leaks, spills, and discomfort because they are too thin and run too tight for her now. Sam's Club was very good about refunding the cost to us for these, but clearly, we cannot buy them in the future until they are changed again.
