We have been using them on my MIL who has incontinence issues. These breifs keep her skin very dry and free from irritation. They do not leak like some other brands. The underwear are actually really comfortable around legs and waist. They do not bunch up or twist when moving around, they move right with you. The underwear really do protect me from bladder issues. I have moderate problems and leak alot most times, it catches everything and holds it in without leaking itself.
