I have been buying member's mark S/M incontinence underwear for my sister for more than a year.This packaging and sizing is awful. My sister weighs 95 lbs and she has worn size 2 in clothing forever. The small in this product is child sized. It does not fit a 25inched waist size 2 95lb person.

So those times when you need extra protection, like exercising, running, they work great and won’t have those embarrassing leaks at the worst times. They are true to size. I would recommend.
