Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a light Scent to this but once it dries there's no problems. The value and packaging on this is great. It's versatile and very effective I would highly recommend it on your outdoor furniture

Good for protecting Sunbrella fabrics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to protect this beautiful Sunbrella Ikat patterned pillow from Pottery Barn. This is an outdoor pillow that we hlwant to ensure stays in as good of a shape as possible and the Restore Fabric Protector & Repellant from Sunbrella is a huge part of the plan. Good at repelling water after application, we are happy with the effects so far. The smell of the spray is a bit strong on application, but does dissipate with some time. Totally worth it to keep the Sunbrella fabrics looking beautiful over time. Even fabrics made it be outdoors can use a bit of a refresh or a touch of restoration. The price for the product is well worth the cost of keeping Sunbrella fabrics looking fresh.

Great value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product sprays evenly over the surface of the cushion. I wouldn’t say it’s very versatile, unless you’re talking about using it on different types of cushions. The packaging is sleek. It smells fine.

Long lasting and easy application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so easy to use and little to no smell Is a great plus for me as well. The trigger is easy to squeeze and application is a piece of cake. I sprayed it all to my outdoor furniture and no worries of sun damage to be found. I live in SW Florida and between the sun/humidity and rain, this product is able to withstand it all.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this was to apply to all my fabric cushions on our outdoor furniture. It's been a few weeks and so far, it's been good. There was no staining or discoloration of the fabric and I didn't notice any scent from the spray. I will be buying more of this in the future.

Florida sun is brutal, need this refresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Sunbrella Restore Fabric Protection Repellent recently on some of our outdoor cushions, and I’m honestly really happy with how it turned out. After the hurricane and all the crazy weather, our lanai furniture definitely needed some love, and this spray made a big difference. Application was super easy — just spray it evenly over clean, dry fabric. It went on smoothly without leaving any weird residue or changing the feel of the fabric, which was something I was worried about. After it dried (I let it sit for about 24 hours, just to be safe), the cushions looked refreshed and the water just beads right off now, exactly like when they were new. I also love that it helps restore the UV protection, because the Florida sun is brutal and can fade everything so fast. If I had to point out anything, I’d say make sure you’re in a well-ventilated area when you apply it — the smell is a little strong at first but it fades completely once it’s dry. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you want to protect your outdoor fabrics and make them last longer. It brought my cushions back to life and gave me peace of mind knowing they’re better protected against sun, rain, and dirt.

Water beads right off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself feels and looks a bit oily, but it dries well. It said to saturate and let dry. As you can see in the image, it’s wet, however, I left the cushions outside the day before a rain to dry. When it did rain the water simply beaded off!

Smells rotten, doesn't stain, sprays a good-covera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabric protecting from elements and sun-fading products never seem to stave off the worst of nature's effects on outdoor furniture (in my opinion) which is grayish mildew splotches. I can't stand removing pillow and cushion covers to launder porch fabric so I am hoping against all odds that Sunbrella's Restore Fabric Protector & Repellent that I received complimentary as an incentive for this review will help with that because fading I can handle - in fact, fading has worked in my favor in the past with some fabric that began too vibrant and softened in color. But this stuff smells horrible. I thought that our yard-treatment service had come several days early to spray pesticides when I started to spray this on my porch furniture! I think the test of its effectiveness (or its non-effectiveness) would be what everything looks like at the end of the summer - through sun and storms.

Need better spray nozzle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The umbrella, restore fabric, protector, and repellent so far is working. It does smell a little bit when you’re spraying but after a few minutes, you don’t smell it anymore, and once it’s completely dried no smell at all. I do wish the spray was more of a wide spray than a stream for even distribution. I put it on late morning by lunchtime. It still was not completely dry, but a few more hours later and it was. I have two more umbrellas that I am going to treat with us as well.

Helps maintain color in the Texas Sun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Sunbrella Restore after giving my outdoor cushions a deep clean, and it really made a difference. The fabric looks fresh again, and water just beads right off like it did when they were new. What I really like is that it doesn’t change the texture or color at all you wouldn’t even know anything was applied. It’s also nice knowing it’s safe around pets. Super easy to apply, just spray and let it cure. If you’ve got patio furniture you want to keep looking good, this stuff’s worth it.
