I have Sunbrella rain fabric and Sunbrella regular high end fabric. Works great. Dirt and dust just wipes off and rain just rolls off. Will continue to use.

Love the product, but last order, one of the bottles of cleaner leaked. Not a big deal, but about 1/3 of bottle was gone. Not sunbrella fault, guessing rough handling at usps!

Thank you for replacing the damaged bottle. I was happy to spray my outdoor cushions and umbrella. I don't know when we will have rain but I'm glad it's protected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fabric protector was sprayed on our patio furniture the day before a rain storm. I did notice that the cushions repelled a bit more water than usual, but was still somewhat damp. Product does not smell very good at all. Once warmer out will try another application.

Five or six pumps of this EXPENSIVE solution meant to protect an already expensive fabric - that is already marketed to do the same thing on its own - is ALL you’re going to get out of this bottle. That’s because the bottle itself is poorly made - and you’ll see that specific complaint about this product in many other reviews. I ignored those reviews, thinking, “that won’t happen to me,” and it did. The five or six pumps of that horriblel-smelling solution went mostly on my hand before the trigger-pumping mechanism of the bottle just just stopped “working” altogether. Don’t be a fool like I was. Don’t pay for an expensive product to spray onto an already expensive fabric that’s supposed to already be stain resistan - at least until Sunbrella takes seriously all the complaints they’ve already received about the cheap, nonfunctional packaging and states that they’ve improved it. Really, Sunbrella??? I don’t know who’s the bigger fool here: you for trying to sell this product, or me for falling for it.

The spray left a white powder residue on our Bimini top. I did receive a refund from sunbrella but now need to clean it again. Hopefully it will come off.

The spray nozzle stopped working after 1/4 of the bottle was dispensed. I had to use the spray nozzle from a Windex bottle .
