This mattress is AMAZING! It is medium firm and I was a little skeptical at first because I typically only buy firm. It was easy to unfold. I loved it came wrapped twice with plastic so it doesn't just fly open as soon as you start to unpack it. The mattress is plush and you would think you are going to sink in but when you lay on it, it hugs your body. It provides so much support and is extremely comfortable. This is an absolute must buy. It is definitely a 10/10

I already love memory foam mattresses. This was a step above what I have used in the past. I love the washable cover. Simply unzip and wash. I have some back issues and the way this fits to my back provides for a great sleep. I wake up relieved. I am a hot sleeper and the cooling technology really helped.

I am extremely happy with this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. The hybrid design really gives you the best of both worlds—the memory foam layers feel soft and contour nicely, while the pocket coils provide excellent support and keep everything feeling stable. One of my favorite features is how cool it sleeps. The cooling cover and gel memory foam really seem to work—I don't wake up overheated like I have with other mattresses. It's a great balance of softness and firmness (I'd say true medium), which works well whether you sleep on your back or side. Setup was simple, and the quality feels impressive for the price. I absolutely LOVE this mattress! It is so comfortable and is the perfect firmness. It comes with a removable, washable cover that simply zips off which is a wonderful feature. It's nice and deep while not so thick that sheets don't fit it. I highly recommend this for a fabulous night's sleep!

Great mattress, but definitely need to find a way to get items(sheets and mattress pad) stay in place. Even in 100 degree weather it stays cool even during the day. Definitely enjoying the mattress. 👍

This mattress was very large the last "14 inch" mattress I got ended up being thin and only about 10 inches max. This bed is super comfortable and has basically a built-in foam topper from the feels of it.

The mattress was ready for use by the first night. After years on a firm Purple bed, this medium seems very soft but my wife loves it. I weigh 100 lb more than her. Overall it’s a high quality product at an excellent price.

We were looking for a bed to help my husband's back. It ended up being medium firm and hurting his back more. For me, it was soft and I enjoy sleeping on it. If you have lower back spasms, you might need a topper.

Was starting to experience hip pain with my old mattress. As a side sleeper I was having to change positions every hour or so. This mattress had a decent rating from Consumer Reports so I decided to give it a try. So far I'm pretty happy with it. My hip pain, though not completely gone, has subsided. I thought about getting the Plush version but the Medium version (which the store had in stock) has been just fine. I hauled it upstairs by myself but be aware this thing is heavy (100+ lbs). And if you don't like it you can return it - but you have to get it back to the store on your own (no pickup). FYI - I'm 6 ft and 195 for reference.

Hesitantly bought this bc we couldn't lay on one before purchase but great mattress. Always had plush coil mattress before but wife and I love this mattress...especially for the cost. Would definitely recommend!
