Do not expose urethane foam to open flames or any other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning operations, burning cigarettes, space heaters or naked lights. Once ignited, urethane foam will burn rapidly; releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. Classy, comfortable and well thought out.

I am absolutely amazed at the quality and extras of this mattress. It's always fun to watch one of these compacted mattresses spread itself out on your bed. Because this mattress has a foam top it does take a few days for the foam smell to dissipate. Once it has, you find the mattress to be extremely comfortable. The mattress also contains springs for better support, side handles for easy movement and a zip off top that can be machine washed. What you get is luxury and practicality. I have slept so well without any pressure points and I highly recommend this mattress.

Great Support and Comfort, but Strong Initial Odor

I’ve been sleeping on the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress (medium firmness), and the difference has been incredible. Before switching to this mattress, I was using an old spring mattress and waking up every morning with severe back pain—it was even difficult just to get out of bed. After the very first night on this one, I woke up completely pain-free. I’ve now been sleeping on it for several nights, and that relief has continued. I’m consistently waking up without any discomfort and can get out of bed easily again. The medium firmness is exactly what I was looking for—not too soft and not too firm. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and this feels much more supportive while still being comfortable. The only downside is the smell when you first open it. There’s a strong, unpleasant odor at first. It does fade over time, but even after a week, there’s still a slight smell lingering. Also, be aware that the mattress is quite heavy. I have a king size, and getting it up the stairs was a challenge—it’s definitely a two-person job. Overall, if you’re dealing with back pain and need a supportive yet comfortable mattress, this one has been a great fit for me.

Cool, Comfortable and Great Value !

I am extremely happy with this Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. The hybrid design really gives you the best of both worlds—the memory foam layers feel soft and contour nicely, while the pocket coils provide excellent support and keep everything feeling stable. One of my favorite features is how cool it sleeps. The cooling cover and gel memory foam really seem to work—I don’t wake up overheated like I have with other mattresses. It’s a great balance of softness and firmness (I’d say true medium), which works well whether you sleep on your back or side. Setup was simple, and the quality feels impressive for the price. It honestly has that “hotel bed” feel right at home. If you’re looking for a comfortable, supportive, and cooling mattress without spending a fortune, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!
