Ordered this mattress for my sister in San Antonio. FedEx showed it to be out for delivery for 4 days. Had to cancel the order and re-order for pick up because FedEx could never tell us where the mattress was. Sam's really needs to rethink their delivery carriers.

After getting 3 defective Nectar Premium mattresses in a row, I decided to give up on Nectar. I took a chance on this mattress from Sam's. I purchased a Medium and couldn't be happier with it. I would say it's actually firmer that the Nectar Premium. I have a bad back, hips and knees. I am now able to enjoy pain-free sleep!

I am extremely happy with this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. The hybrid design really gives you the best of both worlds—the memory foam layers feel soft and contour nicely, while the pocket coils provide excellent support and keep everything feeling stable. One of my favorite features is how cool it sleeps. The cooling cover and gel memory foam really seem to work—I don't wake up overheated like I have with other mattresses. It's a great balance of softness and firmness (I'd say true medium), which works well whether you sleep on your back or side. Setup was simple, and the quality feels impressive for the price. It honestly has that “hotel bed” feel right at home. If you're looking for a comfortable, supportive, and cooling mattress without spending a fortune, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

So comfortable! And great price! I was in a bit of a rush to buy a mattress for some guests coming over. So, I didn’t fully read the full description on the box before buying. I didn’t realize this is actually a spring mattress with a memory foam top. The relatively small packaging tricked me. But, I was definitely not disappointed! The spring/foam combo is so comfortable!

This 14-inch mattress strikes a great balance between comfort and support, making it a solid choice for a wide range of sleepers. One thing to be aware of is that when you first unbox the mattress, there is a noticeable smell. This is clearly mentioned in the instructions and is fairly common with new mattresses that are vacuum-sealed. While it might be a bit strong at first, it's temporary and fades away within about 2 to 3 days once the mattress has fully expanded and aired out. After that initial period, the mattress really shines. It feels plush yet supportive, and the thickness adds an extra layer of comfort that makes a difference. Overall, if you're willing to give it a couple of days to settle, this mattress delivers a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience.

I absolutely LOVE this mattress! It is so comfortable and is the perfect firmness. It comes with a removable, washable cover that simply zips off which is a wonderful feature. It's nice and deep while not so thick that sheets don't fit it. I highly recommend this for a fabulous night's sleep!

This mattress was delivered in a beat up box but the product was still tightly rolled and unaffected by the box abuse. It was extremely heavy and definitely needed 2 people to pull it out of the box and unwrap it in place. Upon removing the 2 layers of wrap, the mattress instantly inflated. The instructions say it could take 72 hours. While i did sleep on it that first night, i think that it got a little more comfortable the 2nd and 3rd nights. The mattress itself is quite comfortable. Very soft, but still somewhat firm. My biggest complaint is that the mattress is soooo slippery the sheets won't stay on! I have deep pocket sheets and every time I move slightly, the sheet bunches up and pops off the corner of the mattress. I tried putting a mattress protector in between the mattress and sheet. That only resulted in the mattress and the protector bunching up and popping off the corner! I hype to find a solution but in the meantime, it's quite frustrating.

I waited a week to write my review so I could evaluate the features and comfort of the mattress. Before you buy, consider the height of the mattress. Options are 9” or 14”. I opted for the 14”, not realizing it is too tall for me to sit on the edge and put my shoes on. There were no unpacking instructions. The box was heavy and bulky-definitely needed two people to maneuver it in to place. The mattress info in minutes and we were able to sleep on it the first night. I find the mattress very comfortable. I am sleeping through the night, unlike my old mattress when I would toss and turn. I don't notice the “cooling” feature - temperature feels the same as my 8 year old mattress. Overall, I am happy with it.

We were sceptical about a bed in a box but our sleep number got damaged so we found ourselves needing a mattress in a hurry in a Sunday so we ran to Sam’s and got this one to try until we could get a “good” one later. To our surprise, the mattress is super comfortable. We’ve had it two weeks now and we both love it. No tegrets.
