I recently purchased the Hotel Premier Collection Medium Firm Mattress, and overall I'm really impressed. Best nights sleep i have had in such a long time. This mattress is plush, so comfortable, its perfect for me. Its thick perfect firmness for my confront level. Its high which is great. I don't like thin mattresses. Great quality. Its expands very fast and adjust. This is an awesome matress. Its memory foam 5". Its great for my back. It has cooling technology. Its just amazing. We love it.

I've been sleeping on the Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress (medium firmness), and the difference has been incredible. Before switching to this mattress, I was using an old spring mattress and waking up every morning with severe back pain—it was even difficult just to get out of bed. After the very first night on this one, I woke up completely pain-free. I've now been sleeping on it for several nights, and that relief has continued. I'm consistently waking up without any discomfort and can get out of bed easily again. The medium firmness is exactly what I was looking for—not too soft and not too firm. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and this feels much more supportive while still being comfortable. The only downside is the smell when you first open it. There's a strong, unpleasant odor at first. It does fade over time, but even after a week, there's still a slight smell lingering. Also, be aware that the mattress is quite heavy. I have a king size, and getting it up the stairs was a challenge—it's definitely a two-person job. Overall, if you're dealing with back pain and need a supportive yet comfortable mattress, this one has been a great fit for me.

What appears to be a comfortable new mattress in a large box weighing over 100 lbs which is too heavy for me to carry up stairs and will need to wait till o have help to remove packing and layout new mattress to open on bed frame.

It came shipped in a box and wrapped up. It has instructions to unwrap and must set for 72 hours to fully inflate up. Once we got this situated, you get a great size mattress. Cooling fabric, handles on the size and zipped enclosure so you can wash. We enjoy the comfort of this mattress. My daughter insists its her favorite comfy bed.

It came in a box, which was convenient for us to bring it in house, but much hearvier than it looked. As soon as opened it un sealed it, it became like normal matress with good height. It was true medium softness. I like soft, but my husband prefer a medium hardness. However, we both had a good night sleep the second night. First night was a little strange from our old 16 year mattress. One thing I didn't care for was odor from the mattress. I have it for about 6 days, it still there. Hopefully it will go away.

Thos mattress is great! I chose the hybrid because I've been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for a few years and it's starting to wear out. This one has memory foam and springs ans can be used with several types of bed frames ( I have a platform bed). It's pretty thick so i believe any sleeping style could find a good spot. You don't necessarily need a boxspring like a regular mattress so that saves you some money. Also, be ready for a 2 person lift.. it weighs over 100lbs!!!

I already love memory foam mattresses. This was a step above what I have used in the past. I love the washable cover. Simply unzip and wash. I have some back issues and the way this fits to my back provides for a great sleep. I wake up relieved. I am a hot sleeper and the cooling technology really helped.

You guys this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. It keeps me cool it's soft yet firm in someplace. It's just like what my back needs very easy to get out of the box. The box was a little crushed when it came to my house, but other than that, everything was in tapped very easy set up and so very comfortable!!! I'll probably end up having to upgrade my children children's beds to this brand

I waited a week to write my review so I could evaluate the features and comfort of the mattress. Before you buy, consider the height of the mattress. Options are 9” or 14”. I opted for the 14”, not realizing it is too tall for me to sit on the edge and put my shoes on. There were no unpacking instructions. The box was heavy and bulky-definitely needed two people to maneuver it in to place. The mattress info in minutes and we were able to sleep on it the first night. I find the mattress very comfortable. I am sleeping through the night, unlike my old mattress when I would toss and turn. I don't notice the “cooling” feature - temperature feels the same as my 8 year old mattress. Overall, I am happy with it.
