Delicious! Guess everyone thinks so though! Haven’t found any more since then. I bought because I couldn’t find New York Strip steak. Now I can’t find either.

This tasted just like regular ground beef (80/20) this had a slightly better taste. It did have a lot more grease, so had to drain twice. But worth the buy for sure.

The wagyu beef was purchased because regular ground beef was sold out. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of the wagyu. The texture added more depth to my pasta sauce. I plan to purchase it whenever it’s available

Juicy, great taste, better then the fresh meat. Do wish they offered a frozen version, as I end up freezing most of the packages I buy. I think it would help with keeping the freshness.

I do like the flavor and put my own spices in. I typically use this kind to make hamburgers. You can use it for any dish. It has a little more fat in it than I prefer in other dishes. I use a more lean meat when making any thing else.

Perfect amount of fat, and beefy taste for smash burgers. We've not yet found anything better, which makes it disappointing when the club runs out of packs.

Unfortunately we have a lot of these in our freezer. They're very gritty and have a texture that grosses me out. It's hard to explain, but it's like the more I chew, it's as if the beef turns into a powder in my mouth. It's nasty.

I got these for my husband as a treat because I never cook meat at home since I don't eat red meat. I made a ton of sruff with the ground meat and my husband loved it. I used it to make nachos, smach burgers, tacos, and other dishes. Great price and quality.

Some of the reviews made me wary, but I got this for a birthday cookout and it was an absolute hit. Best burgers I have had in many, many years. I'm vegetarian 99% of the time, but will depart from that for special occasions. These burgers were certainly worth it. Would and have recommended to others already.
