I use it for almost all my ground beef meals ... if your making a burger add some ground pork (1 pound of the beef and a quarter of a pound of your ground pork). I prefer the Cheeseburger of Champions (Webers ... look it up) but you do you ... and the beef is also dynamite for meatballs ... best wishes and don't drive up the price.

If you know how to cook wagyu, and I can tell by reading these reviews, some people do not, this is a great value. You will need to cook it at a higher temperature than a normal burger, and for a shorter amount of time. This is supposed to be a very juicy meat that is well taken care of. The fat will begin to melt at a lower temperature than regular beef, and should be reapplied to the patty after cooking. If it is over cooked it will present the symptoms shown in other reviews here. Having extra "gristle" and bone pieces is not acceptable and I do not discount that at all, but I will say that for this price point, this is a great product. I prefer this to my other local grocery store ground beef and it's about the same price. Having purchased 9 packages of this in the past and never running into this issue, I like my odds so far.

Hard to beat a tasty juicy hamburger and this meat really delivers. Unlike most prepared ground beef this one provides the right percentage of fat to give you a flavor bomb sure to please whether cooked over a grill, or a flat iron griddle. No complaints here. Recommend

Bought my first pack in store, took it home and straight to the freezer. Been in the freezer a few weeks, I just went to use it and it’s spoiled! Immediately could smell a disgusting ammonia smell. I’ve never smelled ground beef smell like that even when it was bad. It looks fine but we’re gagging over the smell. Came to look at reviews and see if anyone else had the same experience. Maybe it was just this one pack? Our closest store in Daphne, AL is an hour away so I might just have to take the loss.
