I’m all about the flavor and what do you know, the flavor is from the fat. This grind is very consistent, I’ve been buying it for more than two years and it tastes exactly the same. Perfect for burgers indoors in a hot cast iron skillet (get it smoking hot, 400° or so) no oil in the pan. Needs no seasoning as the flavor is so good on its own. However, If you need some kick, sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides before a hot fire. Great over charcoal also. Don’t handle the grind too much as the heat from your hands will begin to melt the goodness. Don’t pack it too tight, keep the burger patty loose. I like 1/3 of a pound, about 2 minutes per side. I always cook it rare, never had any complaints or problems after 50 or so pounds over the years. It’s juicy enough to cook to medium for the faint of heart. Anyway, the best burger I’ve found in over 45 years, highly recommended.

This Wagyu beef wakes great burgers. The meat is a much more tender beef even after the grinding and gives it a great texture when eating. The flavor is great as well. I'll be buying this pack again.

Bought this, this past weekend on a whim; wanted to make "special" burgers for a Friends & Family cookout on Memorial Day. Wow! The burgers were FANTASTIC! Perfectly juicy, not dried out. I was concerned because of the packaging not detailing %, but looked like 85/15, but ended up something like 75/25. Perfect burgers. Will definitely buy again for our next cookout.

Great meat! Awesome. No bones, gristle, low fat, great taste. Makes awesome burgers. This is the only good meat at Sams we buy now. Sams own ground beef is so full of gristle, bones and cant chew it. Even our dog threw it up! Then we found this meat. It is soooo good and tender. Buy this meat! Its so nice to taste a real hamburger again.

This is the only beef I use to make hamburgers on my charcoal grill. I made some for a party last week and completely forgot to season them. Well they where still fantastic. They have so much marbled fat that they never dry out. My Sam’s didn’t have any this week I pray they still carry this item.

This is really good for the price. They make amazing burgers, but be warned - VERY fatty/greasy. This wasn't a problem when eating the burgers on a bun, but reheating and eating just the burger really drove how how very fatty they were.

First pound used was to make burgers. These were the best-tasting burgers that I have had in many, many years. (As a teenager, I worked in a great steakhouse where odds and ends from blue ribbon dry-aged tenderloin and porterhouse were ground for hamburgers. For the money, this is really good meat. My only complaint is the fineness of the grind: it makes for a somewhat dense burger. Were the grind coarser, it would make for more tender patties -- more worthy of 5 stars, than 4.

Found this to be very greasy. Didn't care for the flavor either.

Have purchased Wagyu hamburger patties in the past that were excellent. Purchased the bulk ground wagyu because the store was out of the Pattie’s. The ground wagyu was disappointing in comparison to the Wagyu Burgers.

too much fat and water. Made hamburgers, they shrunk to half size. And didn't taste any better than regular ground meat.
