Ok product. Didn't have the flavor of wagyu,but the texture was good. However, I won't buy it again.

The American Wagyu Ground Beef (?) has a very bad odor; it smells like formaldehyde. I returned it for a refund. I do not recommend it; the beef needs to be removed from the meet dept.

First pound used was to make burgers. These were the best-tasting burgers that I have had in many, many years. (As a teenager, I worked in a great steakhouse where odds and ends from blue ribbon dry-aged tenderloin and porterhouse were ground for hamburgers. For the money, this is really good meat. My only complaint is the fineness of the grind: it makes for a somewhat dense burger. Were the grind coarser, it would make for more tender patties -- more worthy of 5 stars, than 4.

Great meat! Awesome. No bones, gristle, low fat, great taste. Makes awesome burgers. This is the only good meat at Sams we buy now. Sams own ground beef is so full of gristle, bones and cant chew it. Even our dog threw it up! Then we found this meat. It is soooo good and tender. Buy this meat! Its so nice to taste a real hamburger again.

This is the only beef I use to make hamburgers on my charcoal grill. I made some for a party last week and completely forgot to season them. Well they where still fantastic. They have so much marbled fat that they never dry out. My Sam’s didn’t have any this week I pray they still carry this item.

We bought this today. We wanted to make great tasting burgers and wanted to try Wagyu. Very easy to cook, very tender and the burgers came out all together. However- Wife and I did not care for the taste. So, the rest of the burgers our German shepherd will eat as she finished our other halves of what we could not eat. My mother said, it's always good to try new things. We tried it but not fans.

This meat is awful. I typed in 93% ground beef and this came up. Didn’t pay attention that it didn’t have % listed (why??). While cooking, the grease was over the beef, smelled horrible while cooking and took some arm work to crumble it up while cooking. Made tacos with it, had taco seasoning, lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, onions and all I could taste was greasy gross tasting meat. $20 something for 3 pounds, NEVER again!!!

this is supposed to be a premium tasting beef. There is a lot of gristle and not very tasty. Cheaply produced

Great flavor ground beef & an excellent value. Only issue is there appears to be a lot of water in the meat.

Very tasty but not good quality processing. Found large chip of bone and very hard gristle in one package. Will not purchase again.
