this is supposed to be a premium tasting beef. There is a lot of gristle and not very tasty. Cheaply produced

Very tasty but not good quality processing. Found large chip of bone and very hard gristle in one package. Will not purchase again.

This tasted just like regular ground beef (80/20) this had a slightly better taste. It did have a lot more grease, so had to drain twice. But worth the buy for sure.

Perfect amount of fat, and beefy taste for smash burgers. We've not yet found anything better, which makes it disappointing when the club runs out of packs.

We decided to have a burger contest with Wagyu burgers and confit duck fat fries vs our regular burgers and fries. To keep things fair, we just seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked both burgers medium. Normally, our burgers are 90/10 and cooked med-rare. The flavor of the Wagyu is great, but the consistency is a little funky, basically like eating a ball of fat. I think they'd be excellent if we cooked them more towards medium-well to render off some of the fat. We'll give it another go, but cook them more well done next time. As for the potatoes? Duck fat all the way. We covered them with a thin coating of duck fat and cooked them in a low temp oven until soft. Then they went into the freezer. Next day we fried them and they were the best fries we've had anywhere, any time. Gotta go scrape out my arteries now.

I was happy to try out the Wagyu Ground Beef. I like that the packaging is separated into three sections. This prevents food from being wasted. The one pack was just enough for my spaghetti. I’m glad to see that it’s top quality ground beef. The spaghetti was a quick and easy choice for dinner.
