This is absolutely very nice in gound hoop system. Everybody in famlity loves it. Easy install (need two people at the end). very nice rebound. walmart price is unbeatable. all my friends love to play on this hoop. Same kind of system I see almost double in price. thanks Walmart such a low price.

The basketball hoop system works great. My only annoying moment was having to file the holes a little larger to get the bolts to fit. The finish makes some of the holes impossible to fit the bolts through. After some heated moments, the rest of the assembly went fine and the kids love the hoop.

This system is just a little better than the portable systems. The backboard is incredibly cheap and flimsy. I am very disappointed with that!!!! Because the backboard is so thin, the rebound is not very good. I had an idea that this was going to be the case so I'm not terribly disappointed. That's why this cost $209.00 instead of a $1600.00 Gorilla System. You get what you pay for.....just keep that in mind. Putting it together was not that bad like I had read in other reviews. The poles and everything went right together and lines up well. Also, the last step reads that you will need at least two people. I did this by myself and it was VERY difficult. I am 6'1" and if I was an inch shorter it would have been impossible.

You know what impressed me most was the three days it took to get this product shipped from Syracuse, N.Y. to Wentzville, Mo where I picked it up at the store the 3rd day. I ordered a washer & dryer from Sears the day after Thanksgiving and here it is the end of March and I still don't have said maybe by the middle of April. Wished I had purchased them from WalMart. The product box was in bad shape but the item was in perfect shape. Takes awhile to put up read instructions carefully.

The installation took me about 1 hour just to put the backboard together. Overall this hoop is good for the price. The height adjuster sometimes does not "stick" so you have to smack it sometimes to lock in place. It is a bit more wobbely than expected. But for my 12, 8, and 6 yr old i just wanted something adjustable for them. Good deal for price, but the wobbleness gets on my nerves.

I thought the instructions could have been better! It took me and my son around 2 1/2 hours to assemble this backboard and pole! The base pole instructions were very simple and straight forward! My Grand Kids love this system! I have purchased other Lifetime products in the past and they really stand by their products!

You can not beat this backboard and rim for the price. The directions arent perfect but assembly is pretty easy. The up and down handle works really well. I used to have to use a broom handle for my last net. If you are looking for an entry level in-ground set, I would reccomend it.

The instructions are not very clear. The diagrams are from different angles and it gets confusing very quickly. The instructions call for the wrong marked bags of parts. The goal is great and is a good value. However the instructions need to be clarified.

We’ve only had it in the ground for a week but the kids have shot on it every night. Seems pretty sturdy. Honestly this thing was a piece of cake to put in. Took me about two hours to assemble and another hour to put in ground. And I did it by myself standing in a truck bed. Backboard was a little smaller than I anticipated. I weigh 180 lbs and dunked it and the whole thing shook so I doubt I’ll be doing that again. I did put in the extra concrete in the pole up about 7 feet like the other reviews suggested, and ordered the pole pad. So for the money...I think it’s a steal. And it looks good from the curb too.

This is perfect for our family! It is nice and sturdy, some what easy to assemble. Directions can be slightly confusing. Couple of the bolts look like they are wrong size but weren't. But overall excellent hoop! We plan to put an outdoor court up soon around it!
