Not only is the unit beautiful with its sleek design but it is so quiet. As a family of 5 I am able to do large loads of laundry with no problem, even though the unit is compact. I am so happy with this purchase and the delivery, installation and haul away was done flawlessly! I will be purchasing all of my appliances from Sam's club from now on

It's been nothing but an amazing purchase for both the washer and dryer. Being stackable has given us more space for other appliances and it runs so quiet during use. Couldn't be more happy with the purchase.

The washer and dryer talk to each other as well, so the dryer recommends settings based on the what you set the washer to in the last load. We mainly bought it to save space in our small laundry/mud room. It definitely helps with overall use of the room. Super happy with it!

I like all of its features and its smart things app. Both washer and dryer is big enough for large loads. By having both units stacked, it definitely saves some space in my home. The unit is easy to control as the control panel is in the center of both the washer and dryer. I love the AI feature as it automatically determines the soil level and the fabrics being laundered and makes adjustments as needed. The flex auto dispense system is great. You can customize the settings for the dispenser using the smart things app. It has a space for liquid detergent, fabric softener and bleach. You can customize how much you want to use via the smart things app. There is a super speed wash and dry option where you can get a load done in under an hour. It's great for when you need something laundered and forgot to do it but need it the same day. I love the steam wash option for my clothes. I feel like the clothes comes out cleaner. I love this new unit, makes me feel welcomed to the new age.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was opposed to going from a front loader to a stacked one, thinking it would be an eye sore but we actually gained a good bit of space back in the laundry room. I like the high tech features and the AI integration into washing loads. Setup was easy, I forgot to remove the plug from my old dryer but bought another one. I love the look of my washer dryer. After having some problems setting up the SmartThings app and connecting to it then it was easy to use the SmartThings app and knowing what my wash and dryer is doing. The capacity of each is perfect from small loads to bigger loads. The wash time is fast and efficient. The interior looks very nice. My old washer and dryer vibrated a good bit with this Vibration Reduction Technology this washer and dryer is so much quieter and does not vibrate and move. The auto dispenser makes washing so easy. Just set it and forget it. This was an upgrade for us . The AI feature is easy to use. Just put your laundry in and it automatically determines the level of soil and washes the way it needs to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impressions were not great due to an hour long struggle to get the washer and dryer connected to my Smartthings app and to wifi. Many, many tries later and both finally got connected! Now being able to get notifications from our laundry pair is so helpful! We can send cycle changes to the pair and see current status or if there are any issues present (oops! I left the door open!)! The AI function perfectly dispenses the proper amount of detergent and conditioner for each load and even adds rinse cycles if the current load is extra dirty. This thing is amazing! Drying has always been a struggle with our other laundry pair but this Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub gets the timing done perfectly and even spins the load after finished to keep things wrinkle free. Seriously, where has this been all my life?! I'm excited to try out more AI features and Smartthings settings as we continue to use this new innovation in laundry care!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. This is, without question, the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned in my life. I am almost 50 years old, and I have never experienced such poor quality and performance from an appliance. The washer has mold all over the detergent and fabric softener dispenser area. How is that even acceptable? It is disgusting and completely unacceptable. The dryer is just as bad. It takes THREE HOURS to dry a normal load of clothes. Three hours! And now the washer has started leaking from the front panel. To make matters even worse, this washer is unbelievably loud. I have never owned a washer this loud. It sounds like something is seriously wrong with it every time it runs. The washer and dryer are both absolute garbage. Poor quality, terrible performance, mold, leaking, and unbelievably loud. I deeply regret purchasing this set and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Oh, it's so heavy no one will come and fix the issues. Save your money and buy something else. If I could give this product ZERO stars, I absolutely would.

Very disappointed. Just used it for the first time and found the front door is wobbling back and forth about half an inch when it starts spinning. Also, it looks like - even when the door is closed - there is a gap between the door and the frame. Not sure if this is common or if just our unit is defective. Also, worth mentioning that the unit is significantly noisier than our 16-year-old washer we've replaced.
