From the bag these Brussels Sprouts looked really good. When preparing them to cook, over half of the sprouts had insect holes and eggs inside of them. After trimming and discarding the bad sections, we maybe were able to use half of the bag! The rest we had to toss out.

Fresh and long lasting,. HOWEVER, I HATE being forced to enter a freezing cooler to simply purchase produce!! Do BETTER! Figure it out! I have spoken with multiple members who also DESPISE entering the cooker. Some said they just skip it, without purchasing produce placed there! We already pay to shop, then pay for goods…. Seems like being FORCED to freeze in a huge cooker is simply to much!

These Brussel Sprouts are ready to cook and perfect size for four.

These are good, sweet, and mild. I like to serve them with Thai sweet chile sauce.

The brussels sprouts have a great flavor. The are NOT bitter and are nice size for roasting.
