We took the outer leaves and friend them up and sprinkled with parm & the sprouts with Garlic butter.

This is a terrific buy , as a gardener I know how hard it is to grow these. Sometimes the size of the sprouts vary.

These were a nice size, not tiny. They were fresh, no black spots on them. There were very tasty and made great addition to Easter lunch.
