Pretty good. Go through them; I had to peel a few leaves due to black spots. This was the case with both bags purchased. Still plenty of good after removing a couple of outer leaves.

Had a lot of brown spots on them which i had to cut off or peel off layers. Some were very small and had been cut in half making them brown and not useable

Good quality. No spoiled or damaged sprouts. Cooked them in air fryer. Had some guests that are not a fan of Brussels sprouts try them. And half of those guests liked them and may try them again.
