I eat 5 of these a day the best think I have ever had I will be looking forward to my birthday dinner where I am just going to eat these fruit cups! I don’t know what I would do with out them I have gone a week with out them and I thought I was going to die! It was crazy!! I love them so much thank you dole for the best thing my mouth has ever had.

I am not one to buy apples, peaches etc so these little cups fill the bill. They are sweet but not too sweet, and small enough to bring with me. One review I read didn't like the fact that there is lemon juice included. I don't have a problem with that and believe the product taste sweet, not tart, but that is only my opinion. I buy the large carton that has 16 small cups so I don't run out of them. LOL I have just one concern: Can you make opening the little cups easier? Each time I want to open the cup I have to really struggle with the lid coming off. When it finally opens, the juice squirts all over my counter and sometime on me, as well. My son loves these. They are great for a convenient snack, but they are hard for kids to open and the juice sort of explodes everywhere. Also as a former elementary school “cafeteria helper” almost none of the children (5-11yrs old) could open these without making a mess. Many of them couldn’t open them at all without help. My suggestion would be less liquid and a slightly less adhesive glue.

I have purchased this product for years and loved it! Typically buy it in the 12 pack boxes. But I just got a new batch (4 packs). I kept thinking something tasted off. For I moment I thought maybe they had gone bad because they were so tart (even though I had just bought them). And the expiration dates were fine. Finally I checked the ingredients, and it looks like you have started adding lemon juice. I don’t remember it being in it before. But they are incredibly too sour for my taste now. These were my favorite snack and now I’m forcing myself to finish the pack because I cannot bare to waste it. But please play with this some more. Or go back to the old recipe, please!!

My fiance absolutely devours 2 16 ct boxes a week, easy. They vary so much in prices that coupons should be available more readily. The variety offered is perfect and just small enough to take with you as needed. The actual cups themselves can be washed and used to up-cycle into salad dressing for mason jar salad, or you can use to start seedlings, so its not so wasteful to just toss them out. Other brands offer similar products, but Dole is the only one that is consistent in their quality.

In date and fruit looks good but something is off. Tastes bad and my hubby likes sour fruit. Threw the packaging but the lemon juice might explain it. Pineapple in lemon juice-ugh. They are in the garbage. Any others we buy n taste bad will go back to store cant rid your stars below all are a 1

I keep the 12 pack on hand all year round. It is sweetened with just fruit juice and makes a not too sweet perfect snack. I keep some in the refrigerator in summer for a quick cool treat. It helps fill in the fruit health requirement when fresh fruit is not readily available.

I belong to a couple of senior centers. As part of the lunch program, one or another of the individual Dole fruit cups are included. The fruit itself is always delicious, and I appreciate that the fruit is packed in 100% fruit juice. My concern is the packaging. Sometimes these cups open nicely, but frequently the plastic seal over the top adheres so tightly that it is very difficult to open. In this instance, one tries to ease the pull tab up to get it started, but often it begins to open with a jerk and the juice spills - onto the table is aggravating enough, but often it spurts onto one's clothing. Not good, and needs to be addressed.

I was really happy with these for months and then something changed. Every cup has shredded mandarins or the taste is bad. They are rough. I’m not sure if it’s a quality control issue. I switched to a different company for the last few months and again I tried Dole. Same issues. Until that changes I would not suggest eating these.

My husband and I eat the mandarin oranges almost daily in our salad and enjoy the sweet flavor contrasted with the bitterness of olives. Since we use them that frequently, however, we need the bigger 23.5-ounce jar or larger. All we've found lately are the "New! Fridge Pack" - only 15 ounces and a lid that is not nearly as secure as the screw-on jar lid. Please tell me you aren't discontinuing the larger, screw-top jars!
