This item was shipped to my home due to being unavailable in the store. The delivery person left this item on my porch and the orange containers were open due. The juice had leaked and the delivery box was saturated and ants 🐜 were crawling out of the box. I called and reported this situation but was never compensated even though they promised to credit my account. Customer service is a joke. I called 3 times and the wait time kept going up. Sams shopping services need a overhaul.

I have bought these before and they were great, but my last purchase they were awful. They all had a brownish tint to them instead of the bright orange color. The smell was off as well. I was able to return them without any problems. I'm assuming it was just a bad batch. If possible open the box to check the color prior to purchasing.

U all tried to send them to us twice? But when u put in a box & don’t wrap in bubble wrap? They r going to bust open & this happened 2 times which in turn ruined 2 boxes of tea also:(.. whoever packs the boxes? It’s simple use bubble wrap.. there was plenty in the box.. just not used..

Returning. Very dark, almost brown. Looks like they aren’t consumable. More of a waste of my time since I bought them online and now have to bring them back. They shouldn’t sell this poor quality. I held it next to a good pack from home and the color difference is enormous.

Perfect size and price. My grandkids like as a snack or in their lunch.

Really good to have on hand for recipes and as a quick snack. More convenient for me to buy it this way rather than making multiple trips to a supermarket because I am out of them

One of the cups opened, during shipment, and spilled on all the other cups and the box was dry on the outside but very wet and sticky on the inside. We just washed it up and put them in the fridge. Then, when we went to eat them the mandarin oranges were very sour. We usually get the member mark mandarin oranges but they were sold out.

Do not order this product online!!! I have ordered it three times online and all three times it has arrived with broken containers that have leaked all over the box and contents. I have brought this problem to the attention of Sam’s Club, but they still continue to ship this product without padding to protect the product:(
