Great for a family member that needs simplification of good nutrition in their life, can be eaten out of the cup from Dole, or any way your imagination sees fit. We like that the Mandarins come packed in fruit juice as opposed to syrup, which would present a dietary problem and would eliminate this choice of product due to high sugar content, which it is not , to be clear. Perfect for convenience and also for someone that needs the nutrition but cannot necessarily weigh or measure proper portions to suit their particular health situation. Buy this, try it!

These Dole mandarin oranges are the perfect snack for any age. Awesome way to add fruit to the hubbies breakfast. Great for the kids lunches. And these convenient little bowls are great for a snack after dinner. We keep these at the bed side, for late night alarms that blood sugar is low. Not sugary sweet & much healthier than chips or candy. I highly recommend these mandarins. I will certainly purchase agsin.
