We upgraded our existing digital frame with this one after seeing it elsewhere. Beautiful! We appreciate the various features such as being able to select portrait or landscape display and the choice of display times. Photos are so clear and large enough to enjoy from across the room.

The physical unit was beautiful however not being able to transfer ALL the photos from out other Aura made it absolutely useless. I would think they could figure this out. Aura claims a licensing issue with photos that others have placed on your Aura but they all came from people I gave permission to in the first place. This excuse is totally unacceptable,

This frame has exceeded my expectations. The design is elegant and far nicer than any other product I’ve seen out there. It looks great on a gallery wall. Picture quality is great. The app is generally quite good. I do wish they would allow for a few more settings but the user experience is well thought out. I was not sure my wife would like the frame as much as I hoped but we both love it and find it brings back so many memories of trips and happy times by getting photos out of our phones and into our line of sight. I’ll also add that even the packaging and shipping box was elegant, whether for gifting or just enjoying unboxing, and it was way easier to wall mount than I thought it would be. I rarely - almost never - write reviews so this is a strong recommendation for this frame.

Best digital frame I’ve ever owned. This is the 3rd digital frame I’ve owned and it’s really spectacular. The colors are so brilliant and the pictures fill up the entire frame, unlike others I’ve owned. Wide variety of file types supported, especially helpful that it plays heic, which I have a lot of, that’s the live photo from the iphone. Also love watching the videos on it. Highly recommend!

This was a Christmas gift for my mom. I ordered it and pre-populated photos to it but didn't "release" them to the frame because she would get a notification about the frame. She was excited when she opened it but got frustrated when we couldn't get the frame started or upload any photos to it. She brought it home and it would not connect to her network; and the app was still not working. Took her 3 days and a few chats with the help center when she finally decided to do a factory reset and it seems to be working now (knock on wood). A bit of a rocky start with not much guidance, but I think she enjoys the frame so far now that it seems to be working.

I never write reviews on products but I am so, so happy with my Aura Walden Frame (the Clay with White Mat) I just had to, in the hopes it will help someone else if they are researching. I bought two frames for Christmas, one for my sister and her family and one for my family. They are great looking, big enough that we can see the photos from across the room, images are sharp and really easy to set up as a gift or for yourself. The Aura app is user friendly, I can add pictures to my frame or my sister’s, as can our kids or anyone you share the email with. It’s also very easy to edit the pictures to fit nicely in the frame or to delete if you change your mind on any photos you’d rather not display. The one problem was thinking we’d hang them on the wall but then realizing we forgot they had to be plugged in, and not having outlets accessible to the wall space. I have the frame vertically and I love, love, love it.

I was so presently surprised by the quality all around. From the purchase to the packaging to the app experience to displaying it in my parents’ home for them. Honestly, I am still a little shocked by how much I love this frame. I like more traditional style and I’ve always had an “ick” reaction to digital frames. But I love everything about this frame. My parents do too. It’s so easy for them to use and for my sisters and brother in laws to all contribute to. Everyone loves it.

I gave four Walden frames to my adult children for Christmas and they might have been the MOST appreciated gifts ever! The large bright display shows off even older photos to great advantage. Many of the grandchildren sit in front of the frame for long periods of time, enjoying all the images. This is a clear winner!

This newest addition to the Aura line up is welcome. It is a large, high resolution frame with all of the wonderful photo management features of it smaller siblings. My only request for an improvement is to add an easier way to filter my photos by orientation (landscape, square, or portrait), so I can assign them to a frame with the best orientation for their display. That would make the whole product ideal, in my opinion.

I thought this would be a step up from the unit i replaced but aura only allows for 1 wall mount option...flat. The other unit had universal mounting holes for any universal tv mount. I have to create my own manufactured mounting mechanism. Inexcusable. Set your expectations low.
