An excellent product! My wife loves it! Pictures trapped in your phone photo libraries now clearly visible in your living space. Fun to watch! Much better than scrapbooks sitting around where most people don’t have the time to commit to opening them up for awhile.

Very nice digital frame. I already have a 10inch Aura frame, my daughter got me. I wanted a larger frame to fit a spacrme in my wall unit and this 15inch Walden frame was a perfect fit. The 15inch frame displays my Landscape, wildlife and most importantly, family photo's. I also went with Aura because I can see the photo's on my Daughter's aura frame, and she can share mine. I would have given 5 stars,excepr for issue with the app. I continually have to reposition photo's in the portrait mode that I already had adjusted previously. My Daught has the same issue with her frame. While its sporadic, it is annoying. Also annoying, no phone number for Aura support, only email or chat. This shoukd be an easy software fix.

The frame is great and a good size for my grandparents to see. My only complaint is the set up wasn't very easy. We set it up for my grandparents and when we plugged it in, we were told to follow the prompts but all it did was display a number. We had to do a bit on googling to figure out what to do.

Purchased for a 90 year old. The screen is really large but perfect for aging eyes. She loves it! The clarity of the pictures is outstanding. The edit features, including resizing and “show next,” are fantastic. The top bar is easy to use for any age. Can not say enough about how pleased we are with this purchase.

I bought this frame for the size and image quality, and in those areas, it meets expectations. My only complaint is that, as a serious photographer, I frame my shots carefully, and I don’t like son algorithm cropping them to fit the frame’s aspect ratio. I realize that it is possible to specify for individual photos that they fit within the frame uncropped, but there should be a setting in the app that makes fitting within the frame the default. It’s a pain to have to change that setting for each photograph.

I have purchased similar digital picture fram÷ before that never even got put out. Never had a si gle picture uploaded on them now theyvare obsolete. I was impressed with the packaging to start with and the ease of operation went much better than expected. The quality of the pucture in som much larger a format has been a real joy to re experience all the pictures that we may not have even shared with each other without this. I am truely grateful for the lroduct and highly recomend it.

It is a lovely frame, and it is very easy to add photos. It is fun to see what family adds and so convenient can be done anywhere anytime. I have to say though, since this will likely be gifted to older people, there are certain features that are lacking or are difficult for older people. The on-off sliding thing on the top is obnoxious- really wished there were just a switch. Really hard for arthritic uncoordinated hands to do. Also wish there was a remote control or a way to maybe stop the scroll and go back while watching. Also, not clear what order pictures are being shown - is it random. I guess my elderly Mom really would like to use it more as a controllable slide show.

Best digital frame I’ve ever owned. This is the 3rd digital frame I’ve owned and it’s really spectacular. The colors are so brilliant and the pictures fill up the entire frame, unlike others I’ve owned. Wide variety of file types supported, especially helpful that it plays heic, which I have a lot of, that’s the live photo from the iphone. Also love watching the videos on it. Highly recommend!

throw your old photo albums away--my daughter gave me one and I've since added four more to the collection and given many as gifts, it's easy to use. I gave one to my 88 year-old dad. He has no trouble using it at all, it's just a great way to display photos.

This is exactly what I've been wanting to display decades of digital photos of family and from travels. I purchased 2 Walden frames so I could display portrait-oriented photos on one and landscape-oriented photos on the second without having weirdly cropped/black space around my images so the photos look as realistic on the wall as possible. It did take my husband a moment to realize the photos were digital instead of printed. The app is easy to use as well. It was a little awkward to hang as I wanted to hang these on my picture rails as opposed to on a wall, so while the hanger is well-designed, I had to improvise a solution to display these. Also, I would love to see a way to customize the actual frame to make it blend better with decor. The minimal black is fine and works, but I would definitely forgo the touch options to make this blend even more seamlessly into my home.
