Easy to load and get rolling

This digital frame is sooooo nice! It has changed out home. It has freed out precious memories and reminded us all what a beautiful life we have. Truly a game changer for teens. It reminds them of all the good times. Guests stand around the frame entranced by the possibility of what memory will show up next! I love the app and how you can schedule it to turn off and on automatically. Buy it, we can't recommend it enough. We currently are using it with a Google photos album and it works so good. It does 2.4 and 5 wifi networks. Buy it, it will change your home. Probably going to get one for work now!

I absolutely love my frame. So glad I chose the big one and hung on the wall. Very simple to set up, I usually need my kids to help me with electronics but not this. The feature of it automatically coming on and shutting off during the day and night is great. Never have to touch it.

This is the most amazing photo frame. So easy to use. I own two and I bought one for my mom and my both of daughter in-laws! Have considered getting another one for our home. I take a LOT of pics and I just love seeing them pop up on the frame!

This newest addition to the Aura line up is welcome. It is a large, high resolution frame with all of the wonderful photo management features of it smaller siblings. My only request for an improvement is to add an easier way to filter my photos by orientation (landscape, square, or portrait), so I can assign them to a frame with the best orientation for their display. That would make the whole product ideal, in my opinion.

throw your old photo albums away--my daughter gave me one and I've since added four more to the collection and given many as gifts, it's easy to use. I gave one to my 88 year-old dad. He has no trouble using it at all, it's just a great way to display photos.

I like the product but bought one a month ago for $150 after $50 off. You can't be serious that the normal price went from $200 to $250 in less than a month. Thats a 20% increase. People don't buy this until it goes back to the $150 price…

Although the packaging feels nice, it is a pain to get the device out of the packaging and set up. I thought I was going to damage the power cord trying to get it out of its packaging. I went to attach the stand, it kept falling off. It finally felt like it was attached. I set it down, seemed ok. Went to pick it up to put on a table, and the stand just fell off again. Instructions are not clear on how to attach. Still not sure it is correct, and I have to remember the next time I pick it up to be ready for it to fall off. I downloaded the app, and created an account. It asked for Bluetooth access. I said no. It would not let me find the photo frame without Bluetooth. So I gave it access. I thought maybe it transfers pictures faster with access to Bluetooth. I sent an invite to my spouses email. I selected a couple pictures quickly to see how the looked on the frame. I waited.. and waited… started thinking maybe I had a dud. Finally after 20 minutes they showed up. My spouse opened email invite. It directs her to download the app, and then come back to the email to activate. That seems odd. There was no link to take her to the app in the App Store automatically. That seems lazy on their part and poor flow of customer experience. The pictures look nice once the load, but very frustrating trying to get to that point.
