These knives are quite handy. It is sharp so be careful. I went on a camping trip and brought these knives with me. It worked out wonderfully because I used it to cut vegetables, filet fishes, cut ropes, and other lite duty stuff.

The knives are great! The boning knife helped me debone chicken breast quick and easy. The utility knife cut open pretty much anything that scissors can. I used the utility knife to cut cooling string eith ease.

Have tried both knives and they work well overall. These knives are solid and sturdy. They are a little heavier than my other knives and the handles are thicker but they work as intended. They are decently sharp and easy to maneuver and cut with.

This is a great pair of knives. The boning knife is great for cutting up a rotisserie chicken. The utility knife slices bread, fruits, and vegetables easily. The handles are comfortable to hold and they are a good size.

Ordered these knives for my husband. My huband is an outdoorsman. These will be used to fillet fish and process deer. These are good knifes for the price. Would by these again. My husband was very happy with the quality.

Great set of knives, quality made to last. In the kitchen or the field field for game and fish. I would recommend these for everyone to use. The boning knife was a bit dull upon delivery, nothing a knife sharpener couldn't take care of.

Performs better than expected when tested for sharpness. I actually like the performance of these knives. I would surely recommend it and would like a whole set. I tested it for use other than it's purpose.

I recently received the Member's Mark 6" Boning Knife, and I couldn't be more impressed. The blade is the perfect size for removing bones from meat, poultry, and even fruit. It’s sharp, flexible, and allows for precision cuts with minimal effort.

These knifes are sturdy. Does great with all sorts of meats. I do have one complaint, that is the handle. Its a bit too utilitarian for the kitchen. The knurls are too pronounced for long term cutting.
