These knifes are sturdy. Does great with all sorts of meats. I do have one complaint, that is the handle. Its a bit too utilitarian for the kitchen. The knurls are too pronounced for long term cutting.

The knifes are sharp and cut with ease. We are very please with the sharpness. The grip is nice and it helps make the knife cut with ease and accuracy. I do wish the hand came in other colors though. The length is nice too.

I like these knives because they are very light weight and very sharp. The handle grip is really good as an extra safety measure. I think these will be really good for cutting my ribs with ease this upcoming spring and summer!

These knives are fantastic I used them in the kitchen to cut potatoes and cut chicken right off the bone the ergonomic handle allows for easy handling and control these are a necessary addition to your kitchen

The knife works well it is light weight & cuts thru nicely. Very sharp & easy to use. It’s great for cutting just about anything meat, potatoes, veggies & other foods. Definitely will recomendable it is more than I expected.

The knives are great! The boning knife helped me debone chicken breast quick and easy. The utility knife cut open pretty much anything that scissors can. I used the utility knife to cut cooling string eith ease.

These knives are sharp an durable. As much as I cook for 4 boys, knives in my kitchen are essential for everyday cooking. Have a great rubber handle and they are light weight as well. I maybe purchasing the smaller ones too.

This is a great pair of knives. The boning knife is great for cutting up a rotisserie chicken. The utility knife slices bread, fruits, and vegetables easily. The handles are comfortable to hold and they are a good size.
