I like these knives because they are very light weight and very sharp. The handle grip is really good as an extra safety measure. I think these will be really good for cutting my ribs with ease this upcoming spring and summer!

Great knives for the price. Comes with a boning and a utility knife. They are high carbon stainless steel. The grip is comfortable. The blades are roughly six inches each. I have never had a boning knife so good to add it to the drawer.

These knifes are sturdy. Does great with all sorts of meats. I do have one complaint, that is the handle. Its a bit too utilitarian for the kitchen. The knurls are too pronounced for long term cutting.
