They cut very well. I hope they don't dull too quickly. Love them so far.

Cuts smooth as silk. Use them when fileting meat or fish. Grip fits perfectly for no slipping. Easy to clean and fits great in my knife rack.

I finally got a chance to use these knives, and found them to be exactly what they were advertised as. I found the utility knife to be comfortable to use, and extremely sharp. The boning knife I wasn’t as impressed with, mainly because it wasn’t nearly as sharp, and I prefer a more flexible boning knife. That said, this is a pretty good set, especially for someone just setting up a kitchen.

Nice feel and balance however, the knives are very sharp out of the box. Could barely slice a tomato, once I sharpened a bit they worked very well.

These were dull compared to the old ones with white handles
