We can certainly understand how having warm drinks would be aggravating. If the unit isn't cooling properly, make sure that the door is closing and sealing properly. We recommend cleaning the door gasket. Instructions for cleaning the gasket can be found on page 15 in the owner's manual. Additional troubleshooting can also be found on page 19 in the manual. Hi there, we're pleased to know your cooler is working so well, but sorry it's not cooling your beverages as you'd like. We can understand how this would be disappointing if you wanted them cooler, so we'll be sure to share your suggestion with our team for further consideration. This has a temperature range of 39-60˚ F. If you're wanting a similar sized unit that gets colder, we suggest looking into our mini-refrigerators.
