Hi there, and thanks for reaching out to us. We truly hate to hear you had to return the unit after an issue with cooling, and know how frustrating that must have been. This unit is meant to have a temperature range of 39-60˚ F. If it is not cooling sufficiently and the unit is new, it can take up to 24 hours to cool down to the normal range. For this type of issue, checking the door gasket to make sure the perimeter is fully sealed and holding in the cold can be helpful; the unit also cools best with items inside to help absorb the cold. Hello there - Thanks for the feedback. We're glad to hear that you're pleased with your beverage center's appearance and hate that it's not getting as cold as you expected. We can certainly understand how having warm drinks would be aggravating. If the unit isn't cooling properly, make sure that the door is closing and sealing properly. We recommend cleaning the door gasket. Instructions for cleaning the gasket can be found on page 15 in the owner's manual. Additional troubleshooting can also be found on page 19 in the manual.
