Hi Julie, thank you for taking the time to share your positive review and for updating your business with this fantastic beverage center! While we apologize that your previous unit was not fully keeping things cold, we truly appreciate your loyalty and giving us another opportunity to serve you. It makes us very happy to hear that you have so been so pleased with your new unit and impressed with its powerful cooling performance, sleek appearance, and illuminating design of the blue LED interior light that not only looks great, but also makes it easy to organize and maintain your drink inventory! Your feedback is very valuable to us and we are looking forward to continuing to serve and support you with your appliances in the years to come. All the best! -Eliza@Haier

Hello, and thanks for reaching out to us. We're very glad you feel this beverage center has overall been a good value for you, though do hate to hear you have some concern over the shelves not adjusting enough for your needs and the placement of the lock. We will be sure to pass on your feedback on those issues to our Beverage Center Design team, for future review. We do also hate to hear you think the drinks aren't getting quite cold enough. The average temperature for the middle of the unit is 39 degrees F to 60 degrees F. If you think the cooling may not be in that range, you can check that there is a proper seal around the door; if the gasket has gaps or damage, that can prevent proper cooling. You may also want to double check the Max temperature setting has been selected. If you continue to have issues, or any other feedback you wish to share, you can certainly reach out to us over social media. We're always happy to help. All the best! -Sarah@Haier
