Hi there, and thanks for reaching out to us. We sincerely hate to hear you are dissatisfied with your beverage center, especially as you've had another unit that had problems in the past. That is certainly not the ownership experience we strive to provide, and we'd like to help resolve. We will be sure to pass your report of damage on to our Product Quality team for review. Regarding the temperature, the average for the middle of the unit is a range of 39 degrees F to 60 degrees F. If you'd like to make sure your center is getting as cold as you want it within that range, you can make sure there are no gaps or damage on the gasket; if a proper seal around the entire door isn't maintained, that can affect cooling performance. The unit may also need a bit of time to reach the desired temperature if a large amount of items, or hotter than usual items, have been added.
If you have further issues with cooling or need to address any damage issues, you can always reach out to us on social media as well. We are happy to help whenever you need, and hope to earn back your faith in our brand. Wishing you the best! -Sarah@Haier

Hi there - We are so sorry that your beverage center isn't closing properly and the temperature inside is not getting as cold as it should. This must be discouraging and we completely understand your frustration. It sounds like the door gaskets need to be cleaned (they should be cleaned every three months). Once they're clean, the door will seal properly and the temperature will be cooler. Instructions on how to clean the door gaskets can be found on page 15 of the owner's manual (linked on our website). We hope this is helpful! Let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with. All the best, Kelsey@Haier
