Regarding the temperature, the average for the middle of the unit is a range of 39 degrees F to 60 degrees F. If you&#39;d like to make sure your center is getting as cold as you want it within that range, you can make sure there are no gaps or damage on the gasket; if a proper seal around the entire door isn&#39;t maintained, that can affect cooling performance. The unit may also need a bit of time to reach the desired temperature if a large amount of items, or hotter than usual items, have been added. <br />If you have further issues with cooling or need to address any damage issues, you can always reach out to us on social media as well. Hi there - We are so sorry that your beverage center isn&#39;t closing properly and the temperature inside is not getting as cold as it should. This must be discouraging and we completely understand your frustration. It sounds like the door gaskets need to be cleaned (they should be cleaned every three months). Once they&#39;re clean, the door will seal properly and the temperature will be cooler. Instructions on how to clean the door gaskets can be found on page 15 of the owner&#39;s manual (linked on our website). We hope this is helpful! To achieve 150 cans (from bottom shelf going up), follow this configuration: -Bottom shelf (cans upright): 6 across and 4 deep -2nd shelf: (cans laying down with top facing front) - 7 across and 3 deep -3rd shelf (cans upright) - 6 across and 6 deep -4th shelf (cans upright) - 6 across and 6 deep -Top shelf (can upright) - In the rear is 6 across and 4 deep; in the front next to the control is 4 across and 2 deep.
