I was forced to buy this when the store stocked it as opposed to the Extreme Scented that I always used before. I know many people did not like the smell of the scented litter but I liked it and so did my cats. Anyway, after having used the Extreme with Febreeze a few times now I can honestly say that it works as well as the other but the scent is nowhere near as strong. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been happy with the Fresh Step Brand even as a child. When they came out with the Extreme formula it really felt like it was EXTREME. Odor was instantly eliminated and I just smelled a sweet Febreze scent. It's a heavy box but if the Lightweight isn't in this is the one I always turn to because it hasn't failed me yet. Well done.

The extreme scented lives up to its name forsure! I have 3 7/8month old kittens who are all growing, eating, & you know what ;) ALOT lol It keeps my house smelling good & I don't feel like I waste half of it when scooping like other brands :) Def. worth the buy!

i love fresh step. Never use anything else. I prefer the original but the febreze is the only one I can find in my area. Cats are very sensitive to smells and it took a bit for my cat to get use to that. It does not seem to mask the potty as well as original.

Ive been buying the febreeze cat litter for a few month and i love it, and my cats love it! i am pleased as its as great as the regular litter. But this has the febreeze scent and thats all you smell. No other odors come through so i say its FANTASTIC!

I like it because I have one who does not cover his waste but the scent of the litter masked it until I was able to clean the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started buying this product a few months ago and I was impressed. It has a fresh clean scent and doesn't not make a mess. More importantly it goes a long way. With two cars it usually last me any where from 2-3 weeks for 25lbs!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 cats and the boxes can get pretty stinky in a day. This litter does a great job fighting odor. I love that it's low dust bearing and I especially love the fact that Fresh Step makes products with our precious cats health in mind.

Eliminates odors QUICKLY, powerfully, and entirely. Surprisingly low dust formula, so that my cat never smells overwhelmingly like I'm inhaling scented litter. If I use any different type of litter, I will hear my cat scratching/trying to cover up the smell for 10-15 mins to no avail; this is the only litter she feels clean and comfortable with. Also lasts an impressive amount of time & clumps well.
