I have used Fresh Step for years and thought it couldn't be beat. Fresh Step has beaten itself in odor control with the Extreme litter with Febreeze. Cleanup is easy as it clumps well and holds tight. There is very little tracking when kitty leaves the box. This is the best litter I have used.

I bought this a month ago & i'm extremely very happy I gave it a try. I can c my cat loves it also. It's amazing how this litter can lock the bad odor immediately & for hours. Fresh Step has the best Litter Box scents out there in the market. I highly recommend this to all cat owners.

We started using this litter a couple of months ago after trying several other different brands that just weren't up to snuff. This one by far is the best in every way; effectiveness, affordability, & availability. To be honest, we won't use anything else.

I purchased the lightweight Fresh Step because my regular brand was out of stock. I was pleasantly surprised by the all around texture and "scent" of the litter. The lightweight was a tad heavier than the other brand, but that did not make much of a difference, as the price was better. The bad news? I can't smell the cat urine, so I frequently forget to scoop! :) *so, not really bad news, except for the poor kitties!

Had been using the crystals litter & decided to go back to the clumping litter to save money. I felt like this litter got very sticky from the urine. When I was scooping out the clumps it just felt like it took forever. Wouldn't purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff worked wonders!! I also loved the litter scents like Hawaiian Aloha!. It lasted quite a while before I needed to change the whole box. My only issue was that my two kitty's jumped out of the box bringing pieces of"sand" w/them. I know it's 2b expected but this touted that it didn't. It wasn't terrible but just enough where I had to sweep it up with my mini broom/pan. I would still choose this over all the other brands though. It worked wonders on smell it's entire course of use!!!! So happy with my new FreshStep litter. I'm definitely going to buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for our one cat who no matter what liter I got it would smell after first time he would go in it. After getting this liter there is no smell of cat potty. I would recommend this to anyone.

Although I have one cat, he has a great deal of urine output due to his health issues. I needed to change to a litter with better odour control; if I could find litter with lower tracking, it would be a bonus. I used to be a data analyst, so I set about researching the options, making a spreadsheet, and being very methodical. I narrowed it the top three choices, and my partner and I agreed on Fresh Strep Extreme with Febreze as the winner. My cat is laid back as far as changing litters, so we figured we'd try it out and change if this didn't suit our needs. We tried it and it's been AMAZING! Due to surgery, I haven't been able to scoop as often as I'd like, but the odour control is still awesome. Last night, a friend came over and scooped for me, and she even commented on how great the litter is. I don't see myself changing from this.
