[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats, Cali age 4 and Cici age - one calico and one tortie- both tabbies tend to be finicky. We had to change location of their 2 litter boxes. As long it was the Fresh Step Extreme, they found it easily. The fragrance isn't over powering with just enough scent to obscure the natural scent .

So Fresh Step recently changed up their formula for the Extreme line of kitty litter. At first I was a little weary, cause why change what isn't broken, right? Well, wrong. It turns out that this litter works really well! It smells better, thanks to the Frebreze that's in it, and now my wife no longer complains about it! That's always a plus. I have three cats, so this definitely works out well!

I have tried other products but always come back to Fresh Step. I was searching for a low/no dust product and found one but it just didn't have the odor control that Fresh Step has. So I came back to find that Fresh Step no has a low dust product. So no more shopping around. I'm a Fresh Step customer for life. Great low dust, strong clumping and superior odor control. You have to try it. You'll be glad you did! And it's lightweight too.

My priority is that they will use it (they won't go near some litters I have tried). Next in importance is lack of dust. Fresh Step gets high marks on both counts! The fact that it helps prevent litter box odor is a big plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free product coupon from Pinchme, for Fresh Step Litter. Since I have multiple cats, I chose to try Fresh Step Extreme to try. I can honestly say that it worked well in my home. It controlled odor, and clumped nicely, so the litter box was easy to clean. The kitties didn't mind the scent of the litter (it's not overpowering). The tracking of litter out of the box appeared to be about equal with what I have experienced with other brands. One note, this litter is a bit costly, so watch for sales.

After the first time we used Fresh Step, I knew we would never use any other litter again. This was the best for keeping air fresh and for being an easy clean up. I have tried other litters only to come back to Fresh Step. All of the others do little to help hide the odors that cats produce. I usually clean the litter box daily but if I let it go for an extra day its definitely noticeable with other cat litters. With Fresh Step I could go several days if my cat would let me without meowing like a spoiled kid so I guess we are both happy with it.

Freshstep Extreme Scented cat litter with the power of Febreeze is a great product-we have several cats and there is never any foul litterbox odor with Freshstep Extreme. The convenience of the 38 lb. 4 pack can't be beat. I really like the ability to purchase a large quantity without having a lot of extra packaging. Definitely a two paws up!

This litter doesn't track all over the place. I live in an apartment so my litter boxes are in the livingroom. Yuck. Thankfully, this litter doesn't usually get very farthen than a foot in front of the box. It also does a really great job of odor control. I prefer this brand to tidy cats.
