[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product as much as my cat does! I personally prefer unscented vs scented. It masks the smell very well. I have tried other types of litter and my cats immediately let me know (by peeing and pooping outside the box) that they did not like it. Once I switched back, everything went back to normal. I love and definitely recommend this product.

I recently purchased a Fresh Step product for the first time: Simply Unscented. It is the best litter I have ever tried, and I've had cats for more than 50 years! It has very low dust, tracking, no odor, and clumps perfectly. Also controls the odor of whatever my cat puts in it.

This is the main type of litter we purchase and have found it to be the best for multiple cat households. (Until a couple months ago we had 3 cats in our home for many years).The unscented brand is the best. Our Vet informed us one of our cats was getting a rash/reaction when we switched to litter with Febreeze and it's not uncommon to have this issue. All of the research we have done says scented litter is for human preference but it's not the best for cats. Simple, works well and our cats favor this brand. The only downfall to this product is that it is very sturdy packaging and hard to breakdown/flatten for recycling purposes.

I have been using this for a while and find the my 2 cats love it. We are all very sensitive to strong odors. The tight clumping is great. Over the years I have tried several liters and Fresh Step is "The Best" and controlling odors. I would not use anything else!!

She and my other cat loved each other, yet she was spraying like crazy (both neutered/spayed). As one last effort before having to let my landlord know I couldn't keep her, I tried this unscented litter, and it worked!!! I guess the scented litter was too much for her. Clumps perfectly and works well for my 2 cats.

I needed unscented litter for my cat with a skin allergy. Love the individual bags that are easier to lift. This litter doesn't seem to cause her a problem. I would prefer if my local Sam's Club would carry it in stock instead of having to pay for shipping.

Our two cats love Fresh Step Ultra and we never smell any odor. They jumped right in the first time I set up the box. Everything is really easy to scoop because it clumps so tightly. This is the first clay litter we have tried. We had used a flushable litter with our prior cats, but we now live in a home with a septic system. I buy the small size because it's easier to lift.

I have 8 week old kittens and was advised not to use scented litter until they are older. I used Fresh Step for previous cats and really like it. Tried the Ultra Unscented and I am very pleased! No odor from the kitties and no dusty odor from the litter!

I have a rescue cat that I got 8 years ago. This is the litter I have used for that long. I like that it is unscented. No odors at all. My only wish is that it could be available in lightweight. I would definitely try that. I just don't want to be reminded of a litter box whenever I smell Febreez so I won't buy the scented one.
