[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a 2 cat family and we only use UNSCENTED litter. The scented litter leaves a smell on their fur and it is irritating to our noses and we believe the cats dislike it as well. Our cats have such great noses, we would hate for them to have to walk around and constantly smell the "fresh scent" or taste it when they clean themselves.

It works better than the litter I was using before, but is significantly more expensive. We have 5 cats and can't afford to spend that much on litter all the time, so I wish it was a little more affordable for households with more cats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get 42 lbs of Ultra Unscented Fresh Step delivered to my doorstep every month through Petco. This product works "purrfectly" for my 5 cats. Of course, I need to buy another 25 lb box before the next one is delivered, but Fresh Step is the best kitty litter to buy!!

I've tried other clumping litters and will never stray from Fresh Step again. It's by far the best and the Ultra Unscented is my personal fave. It's great because it doesn't bother my allergies because of certain ingredients. My cats seem to prefer it too. The only thing that could make it better is if the 42lb bags came in the compact packaging and were available at my local pet store.

We've been unhappy with our litter for awhile. Found this and decided to give it a try. With 5 cats, I needed something good. Out of 5 litter boxes, I put this into just one. The cats quit using the other and were only using this! They prefer no dust and no odor also!!

I've been buying this litter for awhile now. It seems to be the one that my cats like the best. The only thing is that I ordered unscented litter by mistake and we can all tell the difference. I hope that​ I don't make that mistake again. Otherwise a great product. The unscented is only three stars whereas the one with Febreeze gets five stars. So I split the difference and gave four stars on odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like the strong scent that many cat litters use. My cats do not seem to like the scents either. Am very pleased with this litter. Not only is it unscented but it is also very low dust. The cats are happy so I am happy.

I do not like the smell of scented litter so I always go for unscented. This has a slight smell which I am fine with. It clumps very well, better than other litters I have used. Petsmart is the only place in my area that carries this-and while it's out of the way for me I will still buy this brand litter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago to compare with what I was using. This is so munch better. I haven't seen a better product. Clean-up is easier, no odors or dust. My male cat waits for me to get out of the way when I clean it daily. He just loves to jump into the box for that fresh use immediately after I finish the cleaning. So there must be a secret ingredient that makes him love it, too!

I know it sounds silly saying my cat can use it, but it's actually exciting because he's allergic to febreeze and the fresh step natural one, and I tried this one and he has had no allergic reaction! It also immediately clumps because when I clean the litterbox, he will come and use it sometimes while I'm cleaning it, and I can easily scoop it out without any mess!
