I’m very disappointed in the new formulation of this litter. I used to love it, but now it has an awful, very strong fragrance despite the claim that it is formulated with no fragrance. It also creates a massive dust cloud when pouring it into the box and tracks everywhere in my house, which it didn’t do in the past. I will be trashing the rest of the box and not purchase this again because the fragrance is so potent that it smells throughout my whole house despite having covered litter boxes. I need an unscented litter that is actually unscented unlike the false claim on this one.

This litter is dustless. It absorbs very well. Easy to use and easy to clean. I really like the way it is provided in 10lb separate bags. makes it easy to store and easy to carry when filling the litter box. I'm getting too old to lift and pour the 40lb packages. Good value at the price.

The fact that it’s truly unscented is a huge plus for us since my cat has reoccurring upper respiratory issues and fragrances tend to bother him. The lightweight box is convenient and easy to handle, and I had no issues pouring it directly into our Litter-Robot without making a mess. It also does a great job clumping, which makes cleanup simple. Most importantly, my cat adjusted to it quickly with no issues. I’ll definitely keep using it.

I love that this is unscented litter. I cant stand scented litters. This one works very well & scoops up quite easily.

I really don’t appreciate that Sam’s Club priced Fresh Step Ultra Unscented cat litter at $13.98 over the holiday season, only to be out of stock the entire time. That discounted “deal” remained online until you restocked. Now that you have it in stock for shipping, the price is back up to $18.98 + cost of shipping per unit. My local Sam’s Club stopped stocking the unscented version a couple years ago and only carries the Febreze version - which I don’t understand, because the Febreze scented litter is nauseating. So in order to have this shipped, it costs approximately $28-$29 per unit after tax and shipping. No thank you! They should both be stocked in store! Until then, I’ll take my pet care needs elsewhere.

I wanted something without strong perfume but still good odor control, and this does the job. The clumps are firm and easy to scoop, the box lasts a good amount of time, and there’s very little dust when I pour it in. My cat adjusted to it right away and the litter box area doesn’t smell like anything, which is exactly what I want. Great choice if you’re sensitive to fragrance but still need serious odor control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh Step Simply Unscented knows its way around the litter box. They make it easy to open the box with a push and pull. When I poured it into the box, there wasn’t a bunch of dust that came from it, like many brands of litters do. That was the first plus. The litter pieces are the perfect size to absorb and clump moisture and is also made to prevent bacterial odor growth. My cat sniffed and went in as soon as I filled it up, which is a good thing because she does not like all litters equally. I had no problem scooping the clumps out and they slid off the scooper, nice and easy. I usually dump the litter out once a week, but this litter is designed for multi cat use with 15 days of odor control, Guaranteed. That’s a big deal coming from a cat litter! I am so happy to add this as my regular brand. I hope they make them in bigger boxes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of the Fresh Step brand. I love that they have an unscented version. I *hate* the smell of perfume/febreeze on my cats, because it masks their natural yumminess that make them smell so good naturally (from their saliva). I like that this stuff isnt dusty when refilling the bin. It seems to clump really well in our litter robot and comes off the rubber liner. The only thong I wish they would do is BRING BACK THE LIGHTWEIGHT version. The box is kinda heavy. I feel bad for my delivery drivers. I feel this works better than other unscented competitors. I have multiple cats so I usually buy the extra version, but realistically I think it works just as well with one cat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer cat litter that’s entirely unscented- not only is that less irritating for the cat, it also prevents my home from smelling like lavender-scented-cat-poo LOL it’s not super dusty either, so overall good!
