I am not sure of the quality of the TV yet. However, the delivery service known as Superior Services in my humble opinion should be known as "Not So Superior Service" If you go to their online scheduling system and request a friday deliver so you can have the television prior to the big game and they tell you on thursday they cannot deliver until next week that is crap. I wanted it delivered so I did not have to pick it up.

About two weeks after purchasing, the TV began crashing and not opening apps properly. It would default to our cable TV, and Samsung could not help with the issue. The problem has seemingly gone away randomly, so we are carrying on with a mental note that we still have a warranty if there’s any issues. This would be my main disappointment behind purchasing a Samsung

Through hours of research, it became clear that the Samsung series was top rated amongst many websites and people alike. I could not be more satisfied with the purchase, and feel comfortable knowing that for once, I am ahead of technology undercutting me, at least until 8k starts shooting as such. Thank you Samsung for the incredible television, and the expertise to assist when it has been needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My QN90D is hanging in my condo living-room. We have a south facing wall with windows so the sunlight can be a problem mid-day. The picture on this tv powers through on bright days and it also has an excellent anti-glare screen. This tv is 85 inches and seating is 13 ft away but it does not look overwhelming. I have the Samsung Q990D soundbar connected to this tv and the Q-Symphony feature sounds amazing.

One change would be to make it easier/simpler to change the main screen and customize it. There is a lot of items I do not need and simplifying the opening screen look to be leaner would be nice.

Mid-day will find us enjoying lunch and catching up on an addiction to a soap opera or live sports like golf or baseball. The bright picture is the best for streaming movies or binge watching a series without having to adjust settings. A friend commented that the picture on our TV is the brightest he had ever seen and we agree!

This process should be much faster. Remote is not user friendly. Many unknown functions/features. No complete instructions came with purchase.

Plenty of streaming apps, all the major ones are on there and a few I haven't heard of but I will be trying out Ambient mode is great for background noise when you are having people over or just working around the house The only thing I wish had a bit more utility is the daily board feature, I really like having the days weather and music but the other apps are lackluster. Perhaps maps so I can see how my daily commute will be, an ai that can summarize news head lines, or anything that can give information about my day. I mainly use the daily board in the morning when I'm getting ready and I think I has great potential hopefully it can get a bit more attention. Overall the tv is amazing and completely blew past any expectations I had when I purchased the tv

The TV is the family room by the large window and it still bright enough to view and watch movies during daytime! Like the feature of "filmmakers mode". And seems to work well! The Colors, blackness, depth of the pictures are simply awesome!

The smart interface is responsive and intuitive, making it easy to access all my favorite apps. Sound quality is also surprisingly rich without needing a soundbar. Setup was straightforward and user-friendly. Overall, it’s a fantastic upgrade for any home entertainment setup.
