We bought this for kids birthday. Three boxes arrived each weighing about 70lbs. A little tricky moving the large boxes so a hand cart/dolly or two people is required. We assembled near the desired location and moved it around fully assembled...heavy but possible. It took longer than needed to assemble because the directions are poorly written. Some of the small parts are packaged separately from the other small parts.. can be confusing when trying to locate parts. I laid everything out, removed the boxes from the area. Then started assembly. With the right tools a couple hours should be good. Suggestions to the manufacturer: have an english speaking (first language) engineer or the like prepare the step by step directions. Use better packing for the small parts. the packing currently being used took a substantial amount of time to remove from the bolts, causing undue frustration. Attention to details. Other than the those listed my family is enjoying the trampoline and we are happy with our purchase.

The trampoline arrived in less than perfect condition. The protective covering for the springs has unstitched seams. The protective screen is too large, Sags and is unattractive. It serves the function of a trampoline but the looks are less than desirable. There seems to be no one to contact about the poor quality of the protective covering. There are lots of trampolines on the market and I would look elsewhere.

We bought this for our three kids, who wanted a BIG high bounce trampoline. It is very large and the kids says it has a good bounce. Instructions were ok, not well illustrated in some parts, but we figured it out. It's not easy to put together, plan on 2 days. I'd give this 5 stars if the pads didn't feel a little cheap, instructions were better and the foam on 2 of our posts of the enclosure were not damaged. The springs, frame and trampoline seem high quality. This product is better than the 300-400$ trampolines you see in other big box stores.

I would give it 5 stars but the springs keep becoming exposed when the trampoline mat and safety net slides past the springs. Basically the slits were cut too big where the pad/net connect to springs. Already had 3 accidents where 8 yr old leg went between into the exposed area. Waiting to find out if Skywalker will send new safety net..

Great trampoline but it was not easy to put together, instructions were not very clear on what to do and we did have to take it apart a few times to get it right but it could just be us not knowing what we were doing. Overall the trampoline is the size we wanted and the whole family loves it

I read reviews about the instructions not being complete, I did not have a problem setting this up by myself in about 2-3 hours. My kids love it, my wife and I can jump on it with its higher weight rating and the thing is SOLID compared to others in the neighborhood we have seen and used. I would highly recommend spending the money for this trampoline.

The trampoline arrived in three boxes which made it easy to open and access the parts. It did take two days off and on to assemble, only because we did not pay close enough attention to the instructions. Very happy with the trampoline and the grandchildren are enjoying it so much. Would purchase this product again if need arrises.

This is our second Skywalker Trampoline in the last 12 years. The first one lasted 8 years and I only needed to replace the netting and outside bumper guard once during that time due to weather and storm damage. The extra money for the stronger structure and support are well worth it. We purchased the square 13' for our first one and now the rectangular for our last one. I compared these units to the Spring Free and for the price, I just couldn't justify the added expense of $2300. I did purchase the wide foot ladder, the additional shoe holder which comes with an added pad area for climbing in and out of the trampoline, and two sets of stakes. The stakes are made to accomodate the wider leg width and are worth their weight in gold if you have high winds, storms or just want peace of mind. After storms I always go out and check the stakes to see if any need to be tapped in a little further.

The boxes were damaged and were missing pieces. This was not reported to the company because the person putting it together was able to use supplies from home to get the frame completed. My granddaughter has enjoyed it greatly. She is doing flips and jumps that she had not been able to do on the round one. When FedEx delivered, I questioned them about the damaged box and he assured me no pieces were missing.

Trampoline was difficult to assemble, at least for us. Needed 6 people towards the end. Video of assembly is much easier to follow than the paper instructions. One part of the frame didn't fit quite right, but we made it work with some bending. Highly recommend your own tools and some vice grips. Also long arms for netting part
