I thought I ordered a 15X15 trampoline. When it arrived I got a 15X15 frame and a 15X9 mat and pads. I emailed the company and have heard nothing back. So much for my Easter gift for my kids. I have a frame that I can’t use and a mat that doesn’t fit. 😡

Great product. Fairly easy to assemble. Daughter loves the even bounce, great for gymnast. I read some negative comments from other individuals that made the same purchase. Unless they assembled the trampoline wrong, they should not have had any issues.

This is our 5th trampoline we have purchased and this is by far the best one. Parts seem sturdy, and the elasticity in this thing is unbelievable. My 9 year old jumps so high shes almost above the next and she only weighs 55lbs. Set up was easy. We love it. The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because it didnt come with the pot tops for the net.

Arrived in less than 2 days!! We expected it on Dec 24, just in time for Christmas, and it came on the 23rd. There were some divots in the foam padding around the upper poles and a few hanging strings from the jump mat but nothing that affects the overall function. It’s good size for my tween gymnasts to practice their tumbling one at a time, and I love that the mat and netting are attached, it makes it enclosure feel much safer!

This is the same trampoline I had been watching on amazon and Walmart had it $300 cheaper! Its sturdy, holds all 4 of my kids on it well (ages 8-13) and well made. Love the net. Does not come with a ladder but my kids get in easy. Assembly was a little tricky but you tube helped. Quality trampoline. Make sure you get something to anchor it to the ground.

The trampoline arrived sooner than initially projected and packaging was intact with minor exterior damages. I'm assuming that was due to the carrier/transportation and its size. Arrived in a single shipment of 3 boxes about 50-70lbs each. Each box was clearly labeled # of 3. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The kids helped identify the pieces and the Mrs. called out the steps. Tools are provided to build; however, I used a cordless driver which saved a lot of time. Time to inventory the components and build was about 2hrs. We did purchase separately 8x U-shaped rebar stakes to keep it on the ground. Overall this was a great purchase and easy to assemble.

We bought this for our daughter who is a cheerleader. Allows for her to practice and build strength. Easy to put tighter. Only fault is the instructions are vague and hard to understand what they mean by large spring versus small spring. Packaging separately or some way to identify would have helped.

We bought this for our three kids, who wanted a BIG high bounce trampoline. It is very large and the kids says it has a good bounce. Instructions were ok, not well illustrated in some parts, but we figured it out. It's not easy to put together, plan on 2 days. I'd give this 5 stars if the pads didn't feel a little cheap, instructions were better and the foam on 2 of our posts of the enclosure were not damaged. The springs, frame and trampoline seem high quality. This product is better than the 300-400$ trampolines you see in other big box stores.

My kids like it better than their round one as they can complete their gymnastics moves much easier. We did however only get 2 of 3 boxes the first shipment. Sams club was great and sent us a new set right away. Took 2 people maybe and hour and a half to set up. Very easy instructions

We just put it up today, all 3 boxes came on the same day, no damage. Boxes are atleast 70 lbs each or so. I had watched a video on how to put it together and was pleasantly surprised when ours came with the trampoline mat hooked to the net already, so I did not have to do that. Pay attention and put each leg together exactly right because if you get one backwards, you’ll have to loosen the nuts and redo it. It came with locking nuts which are a pain. I would suggest getting an attachment for your drill to tighten those bolts if you can. Other than that it went together very easily my brother and I did it in about 2 1/2 hours. It’s very solid nice trampoline, and it’s huge. It did say that mine was coming with blue pads and it came with purple, but that was fine with me.
