The directions are pretty good. Took about 6 hours to complete with taking breaks. Will be helpful to have 2 people to do so. We kept forgetting to put the net holes along the rings and having to take them back out. Otherwise no issues. Use a real tool set and not the ones supplied. We will revisit this review on longevity later.

Upgraded to a larger skywalker trampoline for our growing grandchildren, 2, 5, 7, and 8 yr old. The oldest loves it and jumps for hours, she swears she can do so many more cool tricks on this one! It is so much bigger than our 12' round, yet fits in yard so much better because of shape. I assembled it by myself until it calls for turning frame over. At that point my husband came out to help. You can easily assemble yourself if you follow instructions carefully. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to watching my grandkids entertain us with lots of cool tricks.

My husband and I were so impressed with this trampoline. The metal poles for the base were so much thicker and heavier than our last trampoline. The rectangle size is perfect for my daughter to practice gymnastics. The price was better with Sams Club than any other store and shipping was fast!

My son LOVES this trampoline. Lots of bounce over the circle trampolines. Not sure about other reviewers that had issues with instructions, but they were concise and very clear. Also had a YouTube video that we watched ahead of time that gave a great detailed overview on we knew what to expect. Easy to follow. Shipping worked well. First 2 boxes came early and 3rd just a day later. All intact.

Beware this is 3 boxes! Our first delivery only had 2 boxes delivered. Once we got all 3 boxes this was the perfect trampoline for our gymnastics athletes. The round one did not give them enough space so this one is perfect.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. It's an upgrade from his previous trampoline, and definitely has the reinforcement needed for a growing 14 year old. He's able to do double front flips, 1.5 back flips, and tricks I can't even pronounce! It's very heavy, which means you'll need help putting it together. We laid out every part on the ground where they were instructed to go...that way we knew we had all of the parts and we had a visual for what we were trying to accomplish. It really helped! It's really not too difficult to assemble, just takes some time and attention to make sure you have the correct parts facing the correct direction. (Important!!!) About 5 hours later, he was enjoying his new gift! It's a little noisy, but I think we just need to tighten everything down a little more. Overall I highly recommend it!

This trampoline was a great present for our 9 year old. It keeps him busy and active for hours. Instructions were not great. So be prepared to solve a puzzle while putting this thing together.

The trampoline is very poor quality allowing only a child to jump. When paying $700 for a trampoline you expect quality merchandise and this trampoline does not come close to meeting that standard. I would not purchase online at Sam’s in the future even though I have been a loyal customer for more than 25 years.

I received this trampoline and upon assembly noticed several defects. Contacted customer service and was told to provide proof of purchase, pictures as well as descriptions of defective parts, and other information for a warranty replacement. Upon providing all required information received several other emails requesting additional information. It seems as if it is a stall tactic in order for the customer to give up on the process. I practically had to disassemble the entire unit. Not happy considering it is a pricey item. Will more than likely be returning the trampoline.

We have had this 3 weeks....the metal triangles that hold the springs to the mat are all stretching and breaking. Emailed and called customer service 3 days ago, no response from skywalker. :(
